Going for 500 hundred again tomorrow. Carbing up tonight and resting...Sleeping in lat eand everything. Woot hope I get this mama jamma!!!!!!
 
There's some big numbers flying around, nice work!

I can't compete with that but i'll put mine in anyway.

Age: 25
Lifting: 3 years ish
Weight: 161lb
PR: 297 for 5 reps.

I'm currently working my way through the Stronglifts 5x5, I'm on week 3 :D

Hoping for some bigger numbers to come.
 
I shooting for 725 give or take in about 8 weeks. Right now I weigh about 217ish and figure I will probably be in the ball park of 230 when I attempt 725 which will be a 3.15 ratio.

Currently I would say my ratio is 3.01. Im pretty confident I can get 655.

Maybe I'll get that 700 THIS year?
A bit heavy after the holidays...weighed in at 203. Have to get back down below 200 before Feb. 5th, for the next Strongman Competition over in Chicago.

Man that was a sick pull. How long you been lifting for. Im trying for 500, but only been serious(BACK into the gym) Since July.
 
i am 23 right now....since i was a freshman in highschool......but turned serious when i was prolly a senior....soooooo about 6-7 years serious now....going for usapl national records on jan 29th for my weight class...raw.....

Very impressive, especially for your size. There's very little leg drive and it's almost a sldl. question though; does the dude behind you have crabs or something as he grabs his c0ck like he's scared someone will steal it.....

Attempt what? Get that $hit done!!! I'm going to be looking to set a new PB myself here, in the next few weeks!!

You have more in you fella, at least 10lbs. The adrenalin on the day will get you through. Is it a full power meet or push/pull?
 
Sorry for the lack of updates this week and last. I decided to compete again this Sat., so I am de-loading until then. We will see if I can hit it hard next Monday or not after its over.

I did well at the competition...first in the under 200 pound class, and I also got rolled into the general lightweight catagory and placed third against the 231 pounders.

So, on to the pulling updates.

Yup, I killed myself on the set of 4, so no gas left for the last set. My legs are still uber sore from the squat workout I upped on Monday.

How dead is this thread? Can I throw my numbers up without being too embarassed now? Im 32 years old, 6'3 216 pounds, and have only been training 2 years after a 4 year break. My deadlift is the only lift Im proud of. 385 X 5, 445 X 1
