A guy I know who powerlifts says he cant incline press 350 but his bench at a competition was 408. Now I know I havent been working on my flat bench but with some work Im sure I could get it up more. I must say this has been a very successful cycle.

Ya I am def peaking as far as strength goes for this cycle. Def benefitting from having someone who is can push me.
Oh ya and Id def rather have the Wolverine look as opposed to Beast lol.
My Incline Bench numbers also are high in comparison to my Flat Bench numbers, I just love Inclines!! :dance:

Now for PCT! Clomid dosed aggressively from the start then taper. HCGenerate of course 30 days of 5 caps. TCF-1 for probably 24 days right around the time I normally lift. Will start Erase week 3. Some Toco-8 will be put into shakes. Oh and my preworkout drink will be ASGT. I think that about covers it.

Hell ya Im not taking any short cuts. I want my test to be higher than it was precycle. Yes the whole 12 on 12 off is based on the study Primordial based TCF-1 off of. But if u look at other DAA which is the same thing u can run it for longer without ill effect which people r doing. I have 2 bottles of Primaforce's DAA I plan on running a little after PCT plus plan on picking up some of PA's Test Force since a place I like to get my supps from just picked it up.
I've ran a whole bottle straight with out taking a break and it worked great for me. love that **** taste like stonybrook blueberry yougurt to me with hint of sour yum!

Ok so the squat was from last night. Tonight worked shoulders by myself. So that explains y the numbers r a bit low.
Military: 225*9, 9
Cable lateral raise: 50*20, 60*20, 70*20
Arnold's: 50*12, 12, 12
DB rear flyes: 15*15
Iso hammer shoulder: 180*12, 12, 10 Real short rest periods
DB rear flyes: 20*15, 25*15, 30*12
Ok so the reason y I stopped my DB rear flyes lol. I ended up talking to this really hot panamanian MILF whose daughter I went to high school with lol. She commented on how much progress I have made. 1st compliment by a female about my cycle!
So apparently FB really wants me to talk to Nicole because I swear everytime I turn around it shows me albums of hers off to the side. Or maybe FB just knows what I want :thinking:

Thanks yall it was def nice seeing this after getting trashed on another board lol. Now Im not saying I want people just to stroke my ego but it was just negative stuff through and through.
