Bludevil's FatLoss Stack + AndroHard (sponsored by PP)

Are you doing barbell hacks, or using the hack squat machine? I cannot for anything use the machine - it destroys my knees in about 2 reps. :p

Barbell. I workout at the fitness center my work provides. Free Weight machinery is limited. Does have DB's up to 100lbs, and a squat rack, but unfortunately no hack machine.
 
Day 11, Aug 22

Just got back from weekend trip to Carowinds with the kids. Needless to say my diet took a hit. I really need to tighten the diet up this week. I'm thinking of making all high carb days, just low carb days for this week to make up for lack of willpower.

Some of the cheat foods ate over the weekend included full rack of ribs, sweet potato casserole, brocolli and cheese casserole, pancakes, hasbrowns, Wendy's double cheeseburger.
But all was not lost, I did eat heatlhy meals too :thumbsup:

I did miss 1 dose of dermatherm on Saturday, and 1 dose of Green Tea on both Fri, and Sat, but did manage to get my AH in.

Wife was feeling bad today, so I stayed home from work to take her to the Dr. Didn't get a chance to make it to the gym since I work out at work. I did manage to go out for a jog when we got back home. Ran about 2 miles in 16 minutes then walked a few minutes then ran another 1/2 mile. Did work up a good sweat.

Diet - Low carb day
Morning - Shake (1/2 cup of oats, 3tsp of natty pb, 1 scoop of choc protein pwder, cinnamon)
Lunch - Canned tuna, veggies, fish oil
Afternoon - Shake of just protein pwdr, 3tsp of natty pb and cinnamon in water) and 1/2 cucumber
Dinner - 3 eggs and veggies, fish oil
Night - Cottage Cheese mixed with 1/2 scoop of choc. protein pwder, 3tsp on natty pb and cinnamon

Notes - Libido is still baseline, but aggresiveness or desire to just get out and do something is on the rise. Hopefully this feeling will stay consistent.

Notes - Aggresiveness in gym was good today. I hate supersets and dropsets (my body is used to 2 minute rest periods in between sets) but I seemed to zoom through the workout today. I was beat afterwards. Also, pump was really good today.

Notes - Tweaked my back today on last set of Stiff DL's. When putting the bar back into the rack, I lifted and turned, and felt a sharp pain in my back. Some of you may know but I have a ruptured disk in my lower back. Sometimes when I turn wrong it causes the disk to push over on the sacroiliac joint which in turns causes pain in my lower back and down my right leg. Its not as bad as it has been, but I shortened my workout because of it. I was supposed to do shoulders as well today. As soon as I got back from gym I started popping ibuprofen to keep inflamation down. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Week 2 results
Weight - 186.2 (original 189) so a drop of roughly 3lbs
BF% - 9.8% (original 11.2%) although I'd guess I'm really high 10%


My thoughts on BF%. There is no way my BF is sub 10%. I'm starting to think those Tanita Scales are crap. How can I go from 11.5 last Wed to 9.8 this Wed. Judging from the mirror I'd say I'm high 10's. All in all, it looks like the Fat Loss Stack is working. Also my strength is continuing to rise as each week I go up in weight and able to hit all reps. Good stuff so far.

Also, from all the logs (here and other forums) everyone seems to be experiencing increases in libido, where mine is baseline. After some thought, I remembered that my test is already high. I had bloodwork done on 6/7/2010 and my Test was 816 with a reference range of 280 - 800. So maybe this is why I'm not getting the libido boost. Just a guess. But I am experiencing the agressiveness and drive in the gym.

Back is feeling a little better today. It's still tight and hurts to bend at the hip but as long as I stand straight, I'm good to go. I'm supposed to work back/tri's today. Will probably give a go and swap out any hip dominant exercises (like dl) with something else.

full court bball for 1.5 hours. Had a pretty good run today. Loaded up on some ibuprofen before game and stretched out really good. Back was ok, but it hurt to bend down and go for loose balls. All in all pretty good games, except when someone stepped on my toe when I was making a cut. It felt like the whole nail on my big toe ripped off. Fortunately, it didn't, but the whole nail is purple/blue from blood underneath.

Diet - No Carb day

Notes - Had a nice workout today even though I'm on the road. The place where I worked today had a nice fitness center with a lot of free weight equipment. I was pleasantly surprised. Don't know if it was because I was in a new gym with new/different faces but intensity in the gym was really good today. I was in the zone.

Also, I wanted to bring all of my PP supp's but wasn't sure how I could bring them without them being taken away by TSA. I travel light so everything I have is carry-on luggage. Due to the liquid restrictions, I wasn't sure if I could bring my dermatherm and AndroHard. Due to the size of the Dermatherm I decided to leave it home rather than taking a chance of having it confiscated by TSA. With my AH, I found an old nasal saline bottle and took the top of and put my AH inside this bottle. The bottle was only 1oz, so no concerns with TSA. So, I won't have my Derma tomorrow or Wed, but will have GT and AH.

I've used about every topical fat-loss product other than Dermatherm. Can't wait to give it a try.

That's a clever way to stash your AH - how'd the single, 5ml dose treat you?


For this run, I'm dosing 3ml twice a day as prescribed. I dosed 3ml before I left and the other 3ml post workout in my saline bottle. But like I said in my notes, intensity in the gym was at an all time high yesterday, attributing 50% to AH, and the other 50% to just being in a new gym with new muscleheads walking around, and my ego getting the best of me :veryhappy:

Pretty much what ever my company needs me to do IT related. I work for a big pharma company and most of the IT is located in India. The business portion of the company is located in Philly, so I have to go to Philly roughly 1 a month to get direction from the business to lead the offshore IT team.

Don't hate cause I work for big pharma, it pays the bills

I have a huge irk about alot of Big Pharma, but a job with them is still a pretty damn good deal. No hate, congrats on having a good job.

Thanks, I definately don't agree with some of the policies and all the legal/political positioning but it's a good job in a down economy.

Notes - I really wanted to get some deadlifts in today, but my back is still a little gimpy. One of the few times in my life where my common sense prevailed over ego and pride (young dudes doing deadlifts in the gym). All in all a good day. Tricep exercises seemed to go really well.

Was short on time today due to flight schedule. So I did a quick leg/ab workout. Can't remember weight used. Most exercises were with machines due to lack of time. There was only 1 power rack and it was being used.

Leg Press - 3x5 (I believe there was 5 45plates on each side)

I'm not getting sick or anything but just seemed to not have focus or energy to do anything. I guess the one good thing is I'm now back at home.
