I keep 2 bottles of adex in my fridge at all times. If I run that stuff for like 3 days I really dry out, retain ALOT less water. Im not competing yet but its a good thing to keep in mind.

Good call. I know I should have grabbed some.

Yea it will dry you out nicely and FAST. I like to hold as much water as I can normally though... it helps me stay anabolic.

I'm gonna miss injecting the stuff... I looked forward to it everyday.

Family jewels are big right now.... they are entering into uncharted territories from this point on without any hCG. We will see if atrophy happens, and see if shut down is apparent at all. I will let you guys know in the coming days.

Week 1 update for PCT

Well guys, I am very happy I pushed the cycle to 7 weeks. I have not lost any strength so far, and I have not lost a pound. I am actually at 198 right now. In my pictures I was 195. GRANTED...

I am eating a sh*t load of food. I'm taking in ridiculous amount of protein. 8 scoops a day to be exact spread out... that is 170 grams just from my shakes.... and that's not including the milk I mix it in. And then the ridiculous amount of food.

Tons of FPC..... Food, protein, creatine. You know how we do BarbellBeast!!!

I'm eating a little dirtier to reach high calories than I have my entire cycle simply because I don't put on as much fat. It's always a trait I have had. And I know my body well enough. If I want to drop a couple % of fat... I simply bring down my carb intake to 100 grams a day and it works like magic every time. I eat as much fat's and proteins, but carbs seem to be the enemy.

Also, I'm still shooting hCG every morning since starting PCT. I have 4 injections left of the stuff and my Goodness is it working some magic. Normally, the days coming off and into PCT are ****ty as hell... but shooting hCG daily is putting testosterone in my system (and my system hasn't had this much amount of test in a while) so I just think I'm responding amazing right now to my natural test.

This may bite me in a the butt, but I doubt it. 250 iu of hCG daily isn't a significant amount to cause shut down or give me problems.

Balls are big as hell LOL.

I feel my estrogen shooting up. It's weird, I can tell because I'm getting a tiny bit more puffy (even in the face). I'm taking nolva so I don't care how high estro shoots up... it just means my test will shoot up along with it.

I'm still looking great in the gym. A guy in the locker room started a convo with me asking me what I was taking and as I left the gym the guy at the counter called me over and also asked me what I was taking. Made me think of Tom... too bad they don't have vagina's LMAO.

Looking good so far boys. Keepin my FPC up like crazy.

I did a Superdrol cycle bridged into Epistane for a total of 7 weeks. Used hCG 250iu 2x a week ON cycle for shut down. I honestly didn't want to stop at the 7 week mark for fear of losing gains (and using hCG made me feel so normal I wanted to push longer) so I used up my left over hCG 250iu daily for one more week. It worked damn well coming off the orals as it sucks so bad to come off but I didn't feel it at all. I just flooded my system with natural test to keep gains longer. Hopefully this won't hurt me down the coming weeks.

Stopped taking hCG yesterday so we will see how the coming days prove to be. Also taking nolva right now 20 mg daily.
 
Actually, strength seems untouched AG.

All the test from the hCG must have been keeping every shred of muscle intact for the first week coming off. However...

I can feel the weights being heavier than they were ON cycle but I'm still mustering out the same reps. Takes more of my energy though I'll tell you that much.

You should try ATTACK bro.. If you have a favorite preworkout drink, and you add in some ATTACK, those weights will just get torn up. You had a very good run, a lot of people look up to you im sure, havent you seen how many sd/epi bridges have been run since we both got on ours?
 
Btw just for a fun fact... Male pattern baldness is in both sides of my family. I was very worried about this using Epistane because it's relation to DHT, and DHT has a nice relationship to balding.

Weed has done wonders at keeping my hair. I know it's weed for sure. There is literature on this. I should be bald right now according to genetics, hormone usage, and the amount of gel I dump into my hair LOL.

You never see balding hippies now do you?

BUZZ KILL REPORT AND A HALF....

After stopping hCG for only a couple days, my nuts have atrophied a bit. Nothing major, but definitely noticeable compared to when I was using hCG.... sh*t.

Also, I checked the scale at my GF's house yesterday (I effin hate that scale it sucks sh*t) but I wanted to see my weight so badly.

195........ wtf. I was 199 two days ago.

Oh man did that bum me out. It was all I could think about. It depressed the sh*t outta me like you guys wouldn't believe. It was like at 10 pm at night and I immediately ran to the kitchen and stuffed myself silly with food, water, and protein shakes for the remainder of the night... in the end, 197 was my weight before I went to bed.

Man... I am so disappointed. Seeing the scale go down like that destroyed my mindset.

I'm not gonna touch the scale for a week. If I hadn't checked the scale my psychological level would have stayed at a 199 mindset. F***.

I'm going overload today with calories. I don't give a rats ass about fat. I'm gonna put the scale up no matter what during PCT.

Strength is still untouched. Let's see what happens in the next few workouts.

Hardships have come. Here we fu*kin go!!!! FPC!!!!!
 
Bro it could be lower estrogen, it could be loss of waterweight, it could be your girls sclae.. Dont beat yourself up youre still in beast mode with that strength! Just KTS!!!
 
hey wild man just go easy on some of that food! I hear you though on the weight loss! All that work, and then THIS happens!!!!
However my friend, remember it is not the scale you usually use, AND there could have been some water loss in there as well. I like the idea of not touching the scale for a week, BUT I would eat and lift like normal and THEN get back on the same scale at her house to measure the diff. If you look the same in the mirror, but lost a few pounds, might be something other than muscle like water. But if you look smaller in mirror and loses the weight... well... I would hate being your scale on THAT day!!!
 
dude you are going to lose a few pounds, i lose about 5 pounds whenever I come off orals, even coming off into test and not PCT, IMO about 5 pounds are just temporary weight and you're not going to keep them. If you eat more and more and try to force it, you'll gain fat. Happened to me once. So calm down! lol. Strength is a better indicator than weight.

LMAOO you guys crack me up. I feel better in an odd way.

Man I just hate seeing the scale go down. I hate it with a passion. It fu*ks with my head so much.

Like I'll look at myself in the mirror.. I'll like what I see, and once I step on the scale and see I'm down a few pounds I'll look in the mirror and automatically see something I don't like and feel stringy and small. It's all a big mind fu*k. Hard to get over.

I'll be careful with my eating. Everyone thought I had an eating disorder yesterday. from 10pm to 2am I was eating food, and drinking mad amounts of water LMAO.

This morning I stepped up every meal with extra calories. Where there was 3 eggs, I added 4, where there was 2 scoops of protein, I added 3 LOL and and so on.

My cage is rattled still.... but I'll go step on my gyms scale, it's the medical ones they use, and hopefully that will show I haven't lost much.

I know how u feel CM. I fluctuate DAILY anywhere from 5-7 lbs...it's ridiculous. I go by mirror and measurements. when I get that mind f*cked I'll measure my arms, waist, legs...its crazy. I actually just threw away 2 scales because of the bs.

if strength goes down it could depend on ur day...mine usually do. I uve lifted it once guess what...U CAN LIFT IT AGAIN!!

story: I have a new client, single mom, never worked with weights in her life. she told me she wants Michelle Obama arms (lol) a toned down stomach and firm butt. I told her weight lifting is a game and its up to you to beat it. it's all about mind over matter. she was curling 30 lbs with proper form after the first session and was completely amazed on how strong she was.

u can do it brah, I believe in u
 
Yeah i feel that. The scale at my gym dictates how intense my workout is going to be. I wish the stupid thing would break.

Actually it did break once, and they replaced with with one that read about 4 pounds lighter. That was a miserable 4 pounds of muscle i had to put on just to get back to square one! haha.
 
Lol yeah I gave up on scales, but being in the army.... we live by them. And for those that know, be glad CM you don't have to endure an army tape test. The calipers say 10% but the ARMY says 18%.... stupid tape test

I gurss genetically some ppl just are not meant for steroids no offence to anyone but if your pct is, perfect and your loosin weight body just not meant tohold that way

I lost a few lbs after dropping Beast and adding an AI.. I look less puffy now and more hard. Im sure you look harder now as well.

And if your pushing the same weight, you havent lost muscle mass.
Also, real lean mass is hard to lose, even with lower test numbers.

i hear you - i do the same thing. i try to limit myself to only weighing in 3-4 times per week. 3-4 times per day is crazy!
 
You may have lost a couple of pounds from testicular atrophy, take some torum and quit working out your forearms.
 
In all seriousness its probably sugar water and fat.
 
Ppl I train I tel them this in order to ksep them calm. Expect to lose half. Then when they keep more than half they r very satisfied. But statically even keeping half is veryyyyygoood. Lets say in 2 months u gain 23lbs then keepin like 12lbs is good better than doing natural

Like BigPR, My weight can easy move 6lbs in a day. I personally only weigh in every 2-3 weeks now, goal is losing not gaining but the principle wrt scales is the same - nothing but respect bro, keep killin' it

Imagine just coming off a cycle then get rotator cuff tendonitis and have to stop working out for a good month and a half and lose a good 60% of your gains...now that sux

Its PCT bro you're gonna lose some weight especially after running a cycle as hardcore as yours but you'll be ok. You're doing everything right.

Sup heckler.. I doubt it man. My nuts are back to normal now. It wasn't significant atrophy like I've experienced before. Very little actually. hCG did it's thing very nicely.

I had this in mind. I had this exact thing in mind when starting cycle. Surprisingly I'm holding onto weight good. I know creatine is doing it's thing. My weight fluctuates with water intake too so It's been helping out. I usually put on the very minimum 5 lbs in 3-4 weeks on creatine (I know it's basically all water retention in that time frame lol) But I wanted that going into PCT. And I did get a little weight gain when I started it.

Thanks man :) ...that's a nightmare and a half dude. I remember within 2 weeks I had demolished my shoulder in my cycle if you were subbed at the time. I could NOT do bench. Switched to incline bench for a while in my cycle. I had never done them before so right away it helped build my upper chest, upper delts, and traps even in a way so nicely. So I'm thankful for my injury...
