I LIKE THE PROFILE, but is that enough glycocarn to even make a difference-i thought the usual dosing was 4.5 grams? and i use lclt at 2 grams pre. that totals 6.5 grams just by themselves!!!

We'll have logs starting by the end of the week!!! Tag along for the ride :D

Thank you for the questions too, I hope we helped clear things up :D

I WILL ALWAYS HAVE QUESTIONS, LOL-but i have interest in this product and will watch for the logs.:bigok:

i've tried powerfull and ghenerate without much help to my sleep.. why choose this over my next choice of hghpro?

HGHPro is a good product too. I guess you can compare ingredients, price, etc...and then make your decision. I'm sure both products will get you where you want to go!! :D

"Taking supplements containing Safed Musli benefit the body in many different ways. They can improve strength and physical endurance, buffer lactic acid, fight general body weakness, aid in recovering from the physical exhaustion of exercise and build muscle mass while lowering heart and respiration rates as well as systolic blood pressure. Other effects include an elevated libido, sperm count and helping to increase spermatosis."

In for the 3 bottle flash sale.

If this doesnt help me sleep then my only other option is to see a doctor for a prescription.

You'd think after college courses 8a-2p then work 2p-10p i'd pass right out, but most nights i lay awake an hour and wake up 2-3x during the night.

*apparently i missed out. how unfortunate. the 3 bottle sale made it much more worthwhile than paying $39 for hghpro

NP has it for $32 right now (jump on that QUICK)
and one of our loggers said it puts him to sleep quicker than the other one he tried (due to 5-HTP)

it knocks me out pretty well too, and puts me in a calm, good mood before i go to sleep. something people need with all the stress these days.

Indeed.

How do you feel when you wake up? My biggest problem is never feeling refreshed in the morning, eventhough I get 8-9 hours of sleep every night.

It might sound strange, but maybe you're getting too much sleep? I notice about 6.5 is optimal most nights for me, but anything more than about 8 and I feel "off" the next day.

Me too, too much sleep is just as bad as too little.

Thanks for the replies.

It's weird how much my body changes. I use to be the same way. But then over time, 6 to 6.5 hours, even 7, started making me burned out further I went into the day.

Now, 8 or 9 hours is optimal for to "last" throughout the day, however I never enjoy my mornings anymore like I did with less sleep, like you guys mentioned.

Starting to think Cortisol and adrenals may be taxed.. an underlying problem preventing my natural sleep.

This could be the case, it's so hard to tell. There are alot of factors that come into play for sleep - including nutrition, stress... all different kinds of things. I found the best method is just to listen to your body, but don't overindulge to either side (too much rest or not enough)

its possible, but there are so many potential factors. how is the quality of your sleep?

I just learned Blue Growth could help you with sleeping, relaxing, harder erection, preventing premature ejaculation, and some of the ingredients in it could help pregnant females :) but I have a lot more studying to do :D

Edit: there is couple more to add to the list. It can help with low sperm count, raising the number of HDL and lowering the number of LDL(those are good and bad Cholesterol :bigok: )

I will be trying this soon, I won't be logging it, but I will post up a mini-review when I'm done.

At $75, any chance of samples?
