I'm just curious because there's always arguments about standards and when someone should start.
Some people start too soon but are smart and know what they're doing, some people started accidentally because someone said "take this brah you'll get HUGE." Some people train naturally for 10+ years and have a great foundation and knowledge to build off of.
I trained about 1.5 years in HS, @ age 16 was 6'1 210 ~15% 245 bench 300 squat. Tried to maintain but stopped and just got fat. Started again at 19, lost all the fat and started bulking. First cycle @ age 20, 6'1 220 and ~14% ~300 bench and 350-365 squat. "Hemadrol" did 0 for me though so i didn't count the cycle. Kept bulking naturally. Few months later age 20 first "real" cycle was PheraPlex, 6'1 235 ~18% bodyfat, 325 bench, prolly ~380 squat. I consider those the stats I naturally attained. A lot of LBM but high bodyfat.
I consider it important to make some gains naturally because you have to know what kind of training works for you. Same goes for diet and honestly diet is something i didn't even have down when I started. I know way more now than when I started and I knew when I started, at age 20, that I was just being impatient.
