Did a shoulder workout and it was crummy and I couldnt do the second half of my workout because my left shoulder was giving me hell, here it was:

DB seated shoulder press:
30x10
55x8
65x6
75x4--- Spotter had to help me some

Barbell outside shoulder width grip upright rows:
85x12
95x10
115x6

DB Lateral raises:
20x10
25x8
25x8

Tried to proceed to close grip bench, but damn my left arm, shoulder down wouldn't cut it. Ended my workout and probably gonna take 2 days off before I hit the gym again. I hate doing that too because it feels like im deflating lol..
 
damn bro dont mess up your shoulder more. thats my biggest fear is just hearing something crunch or tear and being out for real for real. that is the reason i dont do overhead movements. I love me some clean and press, but thats ruled out, so is military press, two of my faves....

Well, I did heavy chest 2 days ago, so that probably didnt help my case.
 
I-GH-1 and GHenerate:
-I am leaning out; I looked in the mirrow and flexed my back, then my tummy, I look leaner than when I first started. Get this, I am dirty bulking with hella cheats!!!
-Recovery; I did a really good leg workout for me yesterday, and my legs arent that sore!
 
Well, I bought some more fishoil; which I eat like candy and my joints feeel good as new lmao! I had ran out a week ago and my joints said PHUCK YOU.. Fish oil def helps a lot! Gonna rest, take my supps and give my body a day or 2 of rest.. And lots of food.
 
i'm a youngun so i don't have to worry about achy joints yet :rasp:

...not looking forward to those days though. hopefully by the time i get to be 30 or so they will come with a pill that will make all joint problems go away

How much u take coz my shoulder killing me after heavy bench, just took 5 days out to recuperate. I take 12mg a day plus super cissus and animal flex. Pissing me off coz my bench is really taking off and I'm juicing to the max and just upped the anti with oral tren and tren e. Time for blast off and ****ing ahoulder better be ready

I was doing 10 caps of fish oil a day but now I hear fish oil is more of an anti inflammatory to the joints than a lubricant so I just got some MSM and glucosamine chondriatin hopefully this will help.

I take 10 grams a day.. My shoulders feel like crap if I dont take it..
