I sacrificed my dip strength with my 3 previous lifts, so dont laugh:

1 arm DB skull crusher of tricep extension:

Tricep rope pushdown:

100x10---drop set to 30

Cable flies:
70x10
80x8
80x8--drop set to 35


Overall im pleased with my workout after working all day and a bum shoulder. Just got to drive on.. HooAhh!!

Ya, got my hat on backwards, wearing my lifeguarding shirt, rockin the ghotti and walkin around with 70lbs of plates on a dipping belt.. Everyone is prolly thinkin total tool lol..
 
Sleep and I-GH-1 & GHenerate last night:
-Again, fell asleep fast
-had vivid dreams that felt real
-woke up feeling refreshed!
-RECOVERY might be getting a little better as my chest and triceps arent as sore as they normally would be and my left shoulder isnt really that achy.
