Biceps
Alternating DB Curls:
35's x 8 - 50's x 8 - 55's x 6 - 60's x 4 Immediate Drop 30's and did 10 with a 5-2-5 count... HOLY CRAP that bruned, but the form was perfect
Seated Preacher Curl:
90x15 - 115x10 - 125x8 - immediately dropped to the 90 again and did 12 slow and painful
2 arm cable Hercules Curls: weight is per arm****
50x20 - 60x12 (cable was catching on the last few :yell: ) - 70x8 - 40x18 with the last few being negatives
I wish I would have had time to do more, but alas, I had to run. Currently the cadets are filling sandbags and my NCO is making them do very nasty things with them :shoot: because they were late for Land Navigation training yesterday. Did I mention I love this job!!! :buttkick:
