Yah will post the pics when my wife uploads them, they aren't very good pics as I was very tired from my workout and did not pose well and the lighting just sucks but one thing I was able to discern is definite size increase, I mean obvious...

Oh and I was 3.5 lighter than my last pics due to discarded water and I still look way bigger. This was 45 minutes after lifting as well so you will see the pump stays. I took the sups at 5:30 and at 9pm the pics were taken.
 
Last night workout was classic, this is where I get my groove, slow intensive punishing reps!! I blew up like a damn blowfish and there was vascularity all over. One thing I notice though is when my arms get huge like that they can look kind of puffy...must not overpump my arms when getting on stage..

First Giant set
Reverse flies 35's X 8 drop 30's X 8 ss
L-Lateral raise 30's X 8 drop 25's X 8 ss
Front raise 30's X 8 drop 25's X 8
did 3 sets total by the third set I was losing reps on the drops, which is how it should be. My energy was good and I pushed right through

Second Giant set
Icline cable extensions (rope) 150 X 8 drop 130 X 8 ss
Incline alt db curls 32.5's X 8 drop 27.5's X 8 ss
XFace db extension 27.5 X 8 drop 22.5 X 8 ss
Prome db curl 32.5's X 8 drop 27.5's X 8
Again by the third set was losing reps on the drops...unbelievable pump.

All exercises in both were done at a 3-1-2 tempo...

Weighed in at 205.5 so 3.5 lbs of water lost during flush. I was still holding a bit but that was gone by this morning. Took longer to flush this time so I may have to increase to 8 litres of water during flushing.

Made a decision to just concentrate on my conditioning as I am slipping behind with all this attention on loading. I figure I have a working model and will put it on the shelf for game day.

Dietary changes

Will low carb it the next couple days then starting next week the diet goes something like this....

AM meal 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs
2 whole eggs
1 Gratefruit
I scoop of Myofusion

Midday Meal 400 grams milk fed veal
1- 1.5 cups of black beans or 2 bell peppers every other day
2 cups broccoli

Late Afternoon 400 grams fresh fish
10 oz Yam or 1.5 cups par boiled rice cooked
2 cups brocolli

Preworkout 1 scoop of PeptoPro 3 scoops XTend

Intra 6 scoops XTend

Post 2 scoops Peptopro 3 scoops XTend

NWD 2 scoops Myofusion

Now it's time to got to fuggin war!! No matter how tired I get I push!! No matter how painfull it gets I push harder!! Everything I do from here on out is done with 100% intensity!!

Yah that used to be my handle at one time. Thanks yah when I looked closer I could see some better separation and some striations starting on my chest. You can see that my arms are much bigger and back is wider. The leaner I get the more impressive that will be as far as looking full is concerned. Still lots of work to do, I'm still behind but I will make up a lot of that this week. Then when I change over to the new diet there will be a dramatic effect in the early going.

Great way to add intensity to a workout to make up for the lack of heavy lifting... I'm at the stage where I risk injury with compound lifts so I go isolated and intense. This routine gives me the coverage I need to hit every muscle group from every angle...

I can discern a big difference from the last round of pics. Look much larger even though you're weighing less. It's an illusion of sorts. Being very lean and muscular tends to make one appear larger than when they were softer, even if they were heavier at the softer weight.

You're doing a spectacular job with the diet, supps, and training DW!!! Keep the ball rolling my friend.

It's not as crazy as what you got going on TG but for us mear mortals is the next best LEGAL thing we can get. Seriously, it is amazing the strength/recomp/hardening ability PM has. Keep in mind all of the testers less a few were doing a conservative dosing schematic as well, just 6 per day whereas it can be taken like Prime at either 8-9 per day on workout days. I can only imagine what it would do for someone on a recomp as opposed to how I used it on a cut. I don't bulk and I know you don't anymore either but I know you would like the Pink stuff TG, get some during the Inner Circle release upcoming, you won't be upset you did.

What I find is it seems to have Major League repartitioning properties and it brings out vascularity. I get really good workouts but I am not in a position currently to comment on strength gains. I don't seem to be losing strength and that in itself is significant as I am down close to 30 lbs...

Were still working out the protocols but I know it will tear fat off you like there's no tommorow if you eat low carbs. I think it is farly carb dependant, at least for me it seems to be. If I was on a normal diet I would probably be tearing the gym apart... I'm going to throw out a number and I will verify this soon. I think you coud lose up to 3 lbs of fat a week using this, even when at low body fat, if you combine it with OEP..

One more week like this and I'm back on track!! I won't slip again!!

Leg Press 500 X 8 ss Leg Extension 150 drop 2 135, 120 X 3 all done with 3-1-2 tempo
All I have to say is ouch!!

Leg Curl 135 dbl drop 120, 105 X 3 pretty grueling as well 3-1-2 tempo

Standing calf 240 X 8 dbl drop 220, 200 X 3 3-1-2 tempo calves never give me too much trouble, they sting pretty good... cramp sometimes...

Weighed in at 203.75 pretty decarbed though. I was 205.5 decarbed this time last week so 1.75 lbs of actual fat loss. If I lose muscle with all the shyte I'm taking then there's something wrong. The change over to the new routine may actually stimulate some small growth. So 203.75, remember this number because as I switch my diet over to ultra clean I should lose as significant amount in the coming week here is where I see just how much I can lose in a week.

BESIDES THE GREAT AI PRODUCTS YOU ARE TKAING, THE BCAA'S IN THE XTEND WILL DEF HELP WITH THE FAT LOST AND MUSCLE RETENTION!

IM A BCAA FANATIC MYSELF!
 
I usually go 10 scoops intra. I do that because I usually forget the post and go straight to protein. With Postal now, I get the best of both worlds!!

Them carb ups for sure help energy, strength levels when a competitor has been on reduced carb for a few days. keep up the good work Doug

Almost 5 weeks out from those pics 4 now... I know I'm in a firefight... but I've been in a few and have a few tricks up my sleeve. The change to the all fish Veal diet will work wonders.

Yah I feel a lot better after last nights carb up and got a decent nights sleep. The carb up was much Healthier this time around with Whole wheat pasta a banana, some fruit bars. I had some Natures Path Optimum cereal for a late snack...

Yah I know I'm thinking the same thing when I say something like this to you. "Why don't I practice what I preach"... I can see your situation sometimes more clearly than I can see my own. I am much less worried now that it looks like I just dropped about another percent in one week. If I can keep this pace up then who knows how lean I can get. The change in diet will bring about major changes. The combination of PM and OEP though, it is tearing fat off my body like nothing I have ever seen. The only reference I can think of is it must be what people experience when they use things like T3 and clen... yah I said it. This is absolutely unprecedented.

Did some posing practice yesterday and really improved on a couple poses. I was showing my wife how I couldn't get the conventional method for front lat spread and she says "there they are"! lol Seems like I can get the pose but can't do it properly when I look in the mirror which is opposite of what I usually experience. I hit it every time though.

I go 2-1-1 6am, 11am 4pm I was up to that dosing by the time I started PM...

Once you got more climatized to the effect I find it only lasts about 5 to 6 hours, at first it's more like 7-8 hours... so when I started I would dose 6am 2pm.. 1 and 1 then up to 1,1,1 then 2,1,1... this is good the remainder of the run.

I went over every mandatory pose and improved on all of them. I was exhausted after that posing session. Now I have to try and practice every day so I have the endurance.

The new diet is completely inegrated... this is how I know I will be caught up by the end of the week. This diet is bullet proof...

The gym was closed yesterday and will have to make up the workout today..Chest and back...

Yah am pleased, there is still work to do buy I am getting more and more of that under my control. I still need to tighten up in the mid section but, I will tell you one thing, if I do ... Watch Out!!

It does appear that way, I am constantly looking for ways to improve. Every spare moment I get I try to look for some way to help my chances. Sometimes I can't think of anything... which is probably good news...
