Army Guy goes Destruction Mode clothed in PINK!!

I made a few changes and I wil explain below.

Option 2
0500 wake and immediate intake of either Protein and EAAs or something similar Pink magic, and ASGT
0530 AP and hit the weights about 15 minutes later with the intra BC EAA
0730 small meal and OEP
1000 2nd OEP

With the stims in ASGT, and Geranium in AP, I think OEP would be stim overload taken at the same time period. However staggered with them there may even be some synergy between ingredients. I know ASGT makes me sweat a lot to so I am sure it is some what thermogenic as well. Also going by timing recomendations on ASGT 30-45 minutes prior to workout, and the science of why they made AP to go seperately that the two should be seperate buy 30-45 minutes and AP taken 15-20 minutes prior to workout those would seem to be the optimum timings to acheive the most out of those products. The EAA's arent going to hamper ASGT so much that it can't get into the system in the same time amount. However I am wondering if it wouldn't be best to take 2-4 grams of MCT/fish/ or flax oil to aid in making sure there is enough resistance to absorb the most possible pink magic as well. Similiar to what is often practiced with test boosters.

It also depends on his tolerance to stims. I personally am taking 2 OEP,2R/C,2 prime and 500mg of GTE (morning/aft) with 2-3 scoops (pre/during W/O) of ASGT. It is pretty intense but amazing at the same time. Experimentation is key to finding that red zone that gets you breaking PRS and into skin ripping intensity. Thats just MHO though. :smirk:

Enjoy, I found pink to be both androgenic and anabolic, almost scary how effective it was for a natty supp!

True regarding the stim tolerances. It really depends on the exact goal. I have kind of gotten over some of the dose until you can't afford it anymore mindsets. I try to find the most synergistic way to run something so I don't have to dose as highly if not needed. However there is something to be said for the blitz attack when the goal is sheer output of force in the gym as well.

Yea thats pretty much how I deem it, although I really don't notice the fat burning aspect unless I dose high. I really should take a stim break sometime...maybe next year haha.:aargh::laugh2: :alcoholic:

I'm pretty stim tolerant. I'll do Kleen's version 2 in about 2 weeks and then probably raise it from there. Tomorrow's is the first Pink dosing, and I'm really looking forward to it!!!
On another note, just went through my own version of world class MMA where I got my butt absolutely handed to me... it was trying to keep 7 kids quiet during church... Think I would rather face a PCPed out Broc Lesner than that fiasco again!!!

Pink Day 1

The Pain of Tyranny!!!
And the saga of destruction began this morning. Took 2 pink along with some protein (24g) and some fishoils. After that, hit the gym completely void of all Pre-workout juice... and I felt it!!! Can't wait for the Pink to kick in!!!
The onslaught with the iron is as follows, and special thanks to his majesty ThunderGod for allowing me to plagiarize the shell of his workout. Hopefully by the end of this run my numbers will look closer to his!!! :AR15firing:
Chest: Most chest lifts done with Fat Gripz only exceptions were a couple heavy working sets.
Flat BB Bench: Warm up ended with 185 x 10
295 x 9 - 305x6 - 315x4 - 325x3 Drop set to 225x8 (not to happy with these numbers, but at least the 325 was pushed 3 times... I will get it back soon)
DB Incline Press: warm up 55's x 10
90s x 10 - 100s x 5 (What the hell??!! Should not have been this hard) 100's x 5 Drop sets 85s x 6 - 70s x 8 (I think the low numbers is because I haven't done these 2nd in a while :censored: )
Low cable crossovers -SuperSet-
warm up 25 each side x 10 - 35 each side x 10 - 40 each side x 10 - 45 each side x 8
Pec Deck Flyes -SuperSet-
Warm up 150 x 10 - 210 x 10 - 240 x 6 - 240 x 6 - drop set 150 x 10
Machine incline wide press
140 x 15 - 200 x 5 - 230 x 5 - 155 x 5

Tris
2 hand overhead 1 DB extension:
70x10 - 115x7 (very disappointed here. Wanted to get up to at least 120) 115x5 Drops 85x8 70x10 (I think the reason the #s are so low is I killed the chest, and the tris were a bit more fatigued than doing the full body lifting that I just finished up
Reverse Grip bench: this is where the chest caught up with me...
135 x 10 - 185x6 (did 225x8 last time) 185x6 Drop 135x10
Standing overhead cable extensions -SuperSet-
100x12 - 120x12 - 120x12 - 120x12
Standing cable tricep extensions -SuperSet-
100x12 - 160x10 - 180x6 - 200x4 - drop 140x10

Traps
Hammer Shrugs Forward: -Superset-
6 plates x 10 a total of 3 times
Hammer Shrugs Backward: -Superset-
6 plates x 10 a total of 3 times

this was a new workout for me. I have been doing a full body Kleen workout for the past 8 weeks. The muscles will adapt to this new workload quickly, and by that time the Pink should be kicking into full throttle. in about 10 days things should start looking great! :AR15firing:

You will for sure adapt to this new routine. It's just different and you are missing the power of ASGT!!! That does make a difference.
The Kleen full body workout was excellent for conditioning. It leaned me out and my cardio output increased.
But this workout of mine that you've adopted will yeild more in the size and strength department IMHO. All you gotta do now is keep the carbs low and you won't smooth over any. Eat lean and look lean.....I always say!!
And when the magic of PINK kicks in.......lookout!!!! :yikes:

subbin in! Good luck brother! How long will you be running PM?

Lookin good so far, can't wait to see this progress.
thanks bro

yes there is a huge difference without the ASGT, but time and the Pink will bring all the numbers back. Looking forward to week 2 of this. Hopefully the Pink will have kicked in by then and the party can resume!!!

Holy Met!!!!! Hide your women and children, the Shenanigans are about to begin!!!! Will be running this for about 1 month. I wish they would send the beta testers more than 1 bottle, but such is life

Hey TG, I forgot to ask how long this workout took you. I was in there for about 80 minutes. Is that what you see as well???

That's about right. Around the 90 minute mark. Surreal brutality.

So I took the fam to the mountains on Saturday and marched them for 2 hours through the rockies. was a good time. here is the doom squad. Obviously I am the guy carrying the only girl in the bunch

Great stuff AG. Your daughter will never have to worry about having someone there to look out for her with all those brothers!! Then again, she will probably be one tough girl competing with all of them.

ha! she already is. She takes no prisoners... I keep having to look and make sure she's not in my supplement stash. That's all I need... a 2 year old on ASGT or Pink!!! LOL

Nothing like seeing AG getting the family out and about. Too many kids sit on their duff all day now, and how cool is it that they had their dad taking them on a hike in the Rockie Mountains??? Reps coming your way.

haha, great times Fin

OK all it is time for another feature of.......
Good Dad :newangel: or Bad DAD:twisted:

So the wife tells me last night to make a desert for the kiddos. I say, SWEET as I love deserts... much to my own chagrin...
Anyways, I make some world famous chocolate chip cookies, and just for a twist poor in an entire bottle of red food coloring. When they come out, the kids are called and they all ooohhh and aaawwwweee at the dark red cookies with what looks like red pieces of meat in them. The older ones ask,
"Hey dad, what are these?"
to which I reply,
"They are dad's special blood cookies made from the blood and guts of dead animals and terrorists."
The boys all looked at each other, a moment of pause, and then howled in delight whilst they devoured the cookies.
Now, my wife, on the other hand, said I was being a bad dad...
thoughts????

Freaking hilarious AG!!!! That would have gone over QUITE well in my house let me tell you. Though my mom was not quite the morbid baker you are!

LOL, I like how you threw in terrorists, lol.

I guess it's time to hang up the kevlar apron AG

Boys need to be encouraged to be manly. Too many friggin' androgynous manorexic losers in this world.

If "Blood Cookies" reinforce the "boyhood" of your sons, go for it. If they like it, what's bad about that? They're boys! Blood and guts come naturally to us!

Those cookies sounds awesome AG. Glad they went over well for the majority of the household.

That in fact is the point... I raised a caveman and am proud of it. He's a civilized caveman but no sign of Metro whatsoever... I did good.

Amen!! My Dad used to take us boys out at a very young age to shoot rabbits and squirrels. He taught us to skin and gut them and prepare them for cooking. These poor fat kids today just don't have a clue. Life (parents and society) is being too easy on them. :sad6:.....NOT!!!!

agree with all my friends!! That is one good thing about being in the army with 6 sons... a lot of manliness walking around. I get to bring the boys from time to time to rappel, rock climb, shoot guns, get in paintball wars, every water sport imaginable, and my 2 eldest sons are 1 merit badge away from their Eagle Scout. Bottom line is our house is a no frufru zone!!!

I can't wait for the day your daughter beats up the QB of the football team for getting a little too fresh with her. You will be so proud of the job she did all you will have to do is say "I told you so" to the dumba**!

That is excellent. I'm an Eagle Scout - it's an achievement I will always look back on with pride. And the experiences my Dad and I shared while I was growing up are quite similar to what you describe. They're some of my favorite memories.

This workout reminds me of some of my original GoHard work outs where I would be in the gym for 2 hours minimum and just go to town on whatever body part im doing that day.

I think i may go back to that one day to mix thing ups b/c i just enjoy lifting for hours on end. There are few things i like doing for hours....lifting, fighting, medicine, reading are the more appropriate ones. The other stuff is more on the lines of....

My daughter was the QB lol yah she wasn't big but really strong and had an arm like a cannon... First girl QB in the league.. Had to stop when she was 12 though as the boys started to get too big and safety become too much of a factor. Then she started playing Rugby which didn't seem much less dangerous, cuz those girls play hard and they're full of fight.
