Imagine my surprise when i opened my tub of AS-GT and the scoop was twice as big as the one that came with the beta sample I got. What does this mean???? It means I was getting a great workout on half the scoops I thought I was. It explains a little of why I was not flying as fast as you guys were but intensity just rose as my own did. So now I am really excited to do 2 real scoops this next workout to see how it goes.

My beta-sample came with an even smaller scoop than yours, it seems. Mine was a tiny little 4 gram scooper that required 4 scoops just to get a single suggested serving of 16 grams.
The scoop that comes with the tubs is a true serving of 16 grams of product. And I just downed 3 full scoops for a 48 gram blast!!

give it a try my friend at least once. I like my sweet spot tooI haven't tried 3-4 yet... 2 seems to be a pretty good "sweet spot" for me. I'm sure with 3 you're ripping the weights apart!!!

Holy Crap you guys will love this - our boss here got with one of the other professors at the school for a surprise PT session today. We all showed up and they escorted us into the Ballroom dance studio. Now the ballroom dance guys here, unknown to me, are nationally recognized as being in the top 3 in the country... AND they were just invited to be on Dancing with the Stars, as a class. SOOOOO in celebration, they got their 2 best and most in shape little dance girls, and by little I mean they are both about 80-90 lbs... I am 3Xs heavier than they are..., and they put us and the students through the craziest aerobics dance... thing.... ever invented. They were EVIL :smite: I was SMOKED when I left to go to the gym. Hopefully some vids and pictures will follow. Some of the cadets is was like watching Iraqis do jumping jacks... just to funny to be true!!!

30's x 20 - 65's x 12 - 75's x 7 (new PR!!! never used 75's before) - Drops - 50's x 10 - 40's x 12
Chest: DB Flies
30 x 10 - 65's x 10 - 65's x 8 - Drops - 50 x 8 - 40s x 8 (felt great despite the chest being smoked already from the crazy dance girl push-ups. elbows almost to the ground wrists broke and flexed at the top.... ooohhhh baby)
Back: 1 arm DB rows
70 x 15 - 125 x 8 (crazy new PR) - 125 x 8 (got ugly at the end LOL) - Drops - 80 x 15 - 70 x 10
Biceps: Hammer DB Curls
55s x 9 - 55's x 7 - Drops - 40's x 10 - 35's x 10 (arms were smoked from the rows, but still happy)
Triceps: couldn't do the DW's so went with the skull crushers on the open bench
60 x 15 - 105 x 15 - 125 x 5 (lost control with the weight... stupid no spotter) Drops - 90 x 10 - 70 x 10
I know this is sacrilegious to some of you, but I had to skip legs because of time, but hey... the girls already smoked me so I was fine with that!!!
Final thought - never knew I would get some of these reactions from ASGT!!! My muscles are fuller than they have ever been, I am shattering PRs like a wild man!!! and all this on ASGT alone!!! LG you guys are truly amazing!!

haha, great stuff guys!!! And I have come to one very concise conclusion... golfing and ASGT does NOT mix well!!!! Still feeling the 3 scoops and either I was hitting with way too much force, or I was taking 5 inches of dirt with it LOL. Well... at least I had 2 par holes... won't admit my overall score though...![]()
