Update DAY 1

Hit the gym after work and had an awesome shoulders workout. I woke up this morning and was in a great mood which is not common haha. I am defn having that "feel good" feeling already fromt he M1, 4ADD. It brings back memories of the dbol years ago. I believe Receptor is defn enhancing the effects already. We will see what the rest of the week brings.

I have to keep this a bit short my girlfriend is yelling at me to wrap this up as she is cooking my last meal. She just yelled "hurry up and get in the shower so you can eat and we can f*ck before you have to go to bed." I am defn not one to agrue hahahahahahaha.

She is pretty supportive with the whole thing so I cant really complain. She cooks according to my diet, understands I need to get to bed eariler and loves the libido increase haha. Today is my third day and there is defn an increase in libido and I defn have the dbol feeling. I havent noticed an increase in appitite yet though but I am sure that is coming. Looking forward to ripping my back apart tonight after I get out of work.

lol I totally agree bro. She is more than cool about it though and has come right out and said the she loves it when I am on cycle.
 
UPDATE DAY 4

Sorry for not updating this last night but I wanted to get to bed around 9:30 to get as much sleep as I possibly can. I am trying to get at least 8-10 hours of sleep a night. Have to sleep to grow.

Feeling awesome again this morning and my libido is way up. The feeling of "well being" is absolutely amazing! Had a slight increase in my appetite last night and this morning. I would think I will start to gain a few pounds eerily next week. I can defn notice a difference in the gym already. Finding the on cycle aggressiveness and sick pumps are becoming more and more common during cardio and smashing steel. Really looking forward to upping the dosages in week 2.

Sides: Thirsty as humanly possible. This is very common though due to the water retention of the compounds so no big deal. Not really sure if this was due to the juice or not but I did get a bit mad yesterday, ok I straight out lost it and unleashed a little bit of the fury. I caught some punk kid letting the air out of the tires on my brand new car at work. Seemed the madder I got the better I felt lol. It did help credit to and intense heavy bag workout. I am pretty relaxed most of the time but when I lose it run and hide!

Thanks to our Competitive Edge Labs rep for hooking me up with some Suppress-C. I will be running that instead of the Lean Xtreme during my PCT for a cortisol supressor. I have run CEL's products countless times in the past but have never used their Suppress-C. I am looking forward to giving that a run.

I was informed that I will have to go on two business trips within the next month or so. It will not hinder my workouts or my eating schedule that is for sure. The sick thing is I will be hooking up with my man N8te in NC and Aaelael in MN to smash some steel. Going to be pretty sick to throw some pounds around with fellow AM members!

Just had lunch with a few of my co-workers and holy crap was I hungry, I inhaled two large whole wheat turkey subs and two bottles of water! One of the guys I was there with asked if I missed a meal today because I usually eat a lot but nothing like that lol. Ahh the on cycle hunger, just seems like I couldnt eat enough.

Nick, dude with as much as you seem to chow down every day youre gonna get huge without the help!

I hear you on the feeling of well being, its probably a tie between the recomp effect of Epi I'll get and the well being feeling that I am looking forward to the most. Ive been feeling pretty good lately but add in a boost like that and Im gonna feel invincible. I CANT WAIT!!!

Keep it up bro! I will be checking in as regularly as possible.
 
UPDATE DAY 5

AHHHHHHHHHHHH, feeling great yet again!!!!! Last night was my bi's & abs night mixed with some cardio. The pumps were insane. Felt like I could have worked out all night long. Strength went up slightly as well. I am pretty impressed seeing it is only day 5 and already feeling it quite a bit. Not sure what I want more of food, water or sex. I am taking today off to rest and will be back at it tomorrow morning due to having to go to a dinner with my girlfriends parents tonight. With the amount I have been eating the past two days it should be quite interesting. I may have to eat a small chicken breast or something before we go lol.

Sides: Thirsty as ever. Other than that I haven't seen anything as of yet. Sleeping great, as soon as I hit the pillow at night I am dead to the world. I call it "steroid sponsored sleeping" haha. Looking forward to tomorrows intense tri's, abs, & legs workout.

Not to get off topic here but what is everyone's favorite "Mass Meal"? I am looking for some ideas for dinner on sat night.

i tend to hit 4K each day. whole milk and 2 1000cal weight gainers helps.
several times now i've put in huge efforts to hit 5K+ daily for 2 week periods, that wears me down bad. that constant totally stuffed to the point of nausea feeling. haha. what it takes though

I was at 4000 a day since November. The walking around bloated as hell feeling gets old pretty quick. I actually backed it down to about 3000 a day for this cycle and am a lot more comfortable and will still be able to put on plenty of size. 3000 a day seems to be the perfect spot for me. I cant imagine hitting 5000 a day. That is sick!

My last meal of the day usually is 4 whole eggs and 3-4 pieces of center cut bacon. Even when bulking I stay away from carbs after 7pm. Otherwise I turn into a fat monster (think gremlins haha).

My absolute fav meal is two large pieces haddock (not breaded) broiled in the oven with garlic, white wine, lemon juice and basil with a side of steamed veggies. I could pound that shat everyday if it wasn't so expensive.

Well I already have it and I plan on running it at 3 a day. This is if I can ever get down SUPER low and actually run a good bulk.

Like I said it will probably be a WHILE. I am thinking I would have to be down to about 180-190 before I think about taking it because I know it will blow me up.

My body simply LOVES Epi. When I run it I might take some 6-Bromo nightly or a Form supplement.

Epi or Epistane is by far one of my favorites. The shutdown isnt bad if you have the proper support supps and I always use a SERM with it. The gains vs sides are pretty insane. Shoot me a pm bro and I will answer anything you need to know about it. I have run Epi solo, and bridged.

I agree. No offense to any co in particular, but combination ph products just dont allow for proper dosing.

When I was younger, I had to stay above 5k cal to grow. It was miserable. As much as I miss what my metabolism used to be, its nice to only have to eat around 3k now.

Took today as one of my rest days. Feeling absolutley great and hungry as ever! Hitting the gym earily tomorrow morning to rip it up.

Sides: Thirsty, other than that not too much to report.

Thanks to Jim at Primordial Performance for hooking me up with some of their Liver Juice to add to my support supps. Looking forward to incorperating that as well.

UPDATE

Tore it up at the gym this morning and felt amazing yet again. I feel like I could just keep working out all day. I am walking around with a constant pump and my appitite is still sky high. Tomorrow is a rest day but I am going to get a light run to just get the blood flowing.

Sides: Thirsty as ever. Not really sure yet if its lethargy. I didnt sleep too well last night due my girlfriends stupid cats running around making a ton of noise. I am a bit tired today so we will see how I feel tomorrow.

Upping the dosages of the M14ADD to 120mg and the P-Mag to 75mg on sunday. Its my chest day too so it looks to be promising.

I am taking every major precaution with this cycle. I am basically putting 200mg of methylated steroids in my body daily. I am not cutting any corners when it comes to my support supps and my diet. Thanks for looking out bro.

I am going to say this again for anyone that may read this log down the road. Just because you have taken a solo cycle of Epi or a solo cycle of Superdrol doesnt mean you are advanced. This cycle is NOT for anyone under the age of 21 or an inexperienced user.

Awesome. I finally decided what I'm gonna run. I'm sucking it up and starting a SD/TREN bridge. Unfortunantely, I'm starting P-drol and I'm not sure if its legit. I'm beginning to think I'm not the best SD responder. Or maybe its just the 5b clone versions. I dunno.

Anyway, you're gonna be swole by the time you make it down here haha.
 
Update Day 8

Sorry for not getting this done last night but I again wanted to get to bed as early as possible. Feeling amazing and my libido is still through the roof. Hungry as I could possibly be. One thing I have noticed and it still may change is that I am not as aggressive / irritable as I usually am on cycle.Walking around as happy as can be with the M14ADD. Last night was my chest day. This is my "super slow" week. The weights are a bit lighter but each rep is very very slow and controlled to isolate the muscle.

Flat Bench: 5x205. 5x225, 5x225, 5x235, 5x230, burn out with 185lbs

Incline Bench: 5x145, 5x150, 5x155, 5x155, 5x155

Dumbell Flys super set w/ pushups: 10x45, 8x55, 8x55,

Cable Cross Overs: 10x50, 12x60, 12x70, Burn out with 50lbs

Over head cable Pulls: 12x60, 8x75, 8x75, Burn out with 50lbs

Had some insane pumps. It will be hard to gage my strength increases this week due to it being "super slow." The intensity is defn there and I still feel like I could have smashed steel all night long. My workout partner is 5'10" at 215lbs. Needless to say he is a pretty big dude. Its kind of funny the looks we get with me being 5'4" at 175lbs lifting what he does. He calls me his mini me lol.

Sides: A bit lethargic. Nothing I really cant handle as of yet so I am going to hold off on popping the DHEA. My nuts are starting to shrink a little bit and are a bit sore. That is expected though and will be fine after PCT.

Today will be my favorite, shoulders.

Looking forward to TEARING IT UP! You know you have a problem when you wake up in the morning, all you do is look forward to hitting the gym and you count down the amount of time until you can.

Rip it up my fellow AM brothers and bring that intensity!

Right on Nick! Sounds like youre having a great first week. I'm upset I couldnt join the ON cycle fun just yet due to a newbie style injury which I am still embarrassed to see certain gym members because of. But I will be joining you ASAP as long as I heal up like I expect to.

Keep it up brother. Slam the steel and unleash the inner beast!!!
