Update DAY 1
Hit the gym after work and had an awesome shoulders workout. I woke up this morning and was in a great mood which is not common haha. I am defn having that "feel good" feeling already fromt he M1, 4ADD. It brings back memories of the dbol years ago. I believe Receptor is defn enhancing the effects already. We will see what the rest of the week brings.
I have to keep this a bit short my girlfriend is yelling at me to wrap this up as she is cooking my last meal. She just yelled "hurry up and get in the shower so you can eat and we can f*ck before you have to go to bed." I am defn not one to agrue hahahahahahaha.

lol I totally agree bro. She is more than cool about it though and has come right out and said the she loves it when I am on cycle.
Just had lunch with a few of my co-workers and holy crap was I hungry, I inhaled two large whole wheat turkey subs and two bottles of water! One of the guys I was there with asked if I missed a meal today because I usually eat a lot but nothing like that lol. Ahh the on cycle hunger, just seems like I couldnt eat enough.
I eat more calories in a week than an average family of 3 lol
i tend to hit 4K each day. whole milk and 2 1000cal weight gainers helps.
several times now i've put in huge efforts to hit 5K+ daily for 2 week periods, that wears me down bad. that constant totally stuffed to the point of nausea feeling. haha. what it takes though

My last meal of the day usually is 4 whole eggs and 3-4 pieces of center cut bacon. Even when bulking I stay away from carbs after 7pm. Otherwise I turn into a fat monster (think gremlins haha).
I would just get CEL's stuff and run it yourself. M14E is only 30mg of Epi and 90mg of M14ADD. The sweet spot is 40mg of Epi and I am bumping the M14ADD up to 120mg next week to bang out the rest of the cycle. Just a thought though.
Well I already have it and I plan on running it at 3 a day. This is if I can ever get down SUPER low and actually run a good bulk.
If you got it go for it. Let me know how it works for you at those doeses. I just know my body and I respond best to Epi at 40mg
hey man!! i haven't not tried epi yet!! but i hear some crazy things about it haha. . .not sure if i like it due to some shutdown. . but than on the other hand i hear good gains. . not sure what are your thoughts and whats epi is short or the clone of??

I was at 4000 a day since November. The walking around bloated as hell feeling gets old pretty quick. I actually backed it down to about 3000 a day for this cycle and am a lot more comfortable and will still be able to put on plenty of size. 3000 a day seems to be the perfect spot for me. I cant imagine hitting 5000 a day. That is sick!

I am taking every major precaution with this cycle. I am basically putting 200mg of methylated steroids in my body daily. I am not cutting any corners when it comes to my support supps and my diet. Thanks for looking out bro.
I am going to say this again for anyone that may read this log down the road. Just because you have taken a solo cycle of Epi or a solo cycle of Superdrol doesnt mean you are advanced. This cycle is NOT for anyone under the age of 21 or an inexperienced user.

UDATE DAY 7
Did some light cardio today and felt great. Had a little "cardio" fun with the girlfriend and had some insane pumps afterwards lol.
Sides: Thirsty, Slept pretty good and haven't really been lethargic.
Bumping up the dosages and will update this tomorrow after my workout. I am going to be running P-Mag at 75mg and the M14ADD to 120mg. Really looking forward to ripping up my chest in the gym tomorrow as well.
