UPDATE DAY 9
As my bro Aaelael would say "BOOOM BOOOOM BOOOOOOM." Feeling awesome lol. Libido is sky high and the pumps in the gym and after "cardio" with the girlfriend are insane! . My dress shirt this morning was a lit tighter than usual, actually had trouble buttoning the top button. My weight hasn't gone up more than 3lbs yet but I am noticing an increase in strength. My girlfriend said she can already see a difference in the size of my arms chest and shoulders.
Sides: Hungry and thirsty like its my job. I did sleep like crap again last night. Balls are defn shrunken and a little bit tender. Had some slight paranoia last night while not being able to sleep. A little bit lethargic but not to where I need the DHEA

Workout:
Warm up with 3 set of 25 Perfect Push-Ups
Warm up with 2 sets of 10 at 135 on flat bench press
Seated military press: 8x135, 8x145, 6x150, 6x155, 6x150
Standing straight bar shrugs: 15x315, 15x365, 15x365
Bent over fly's: 12x35, 12x35, 10x40, burn out w/ 20lbs
Seated Arnold Press: 10x35, 10x45, 10x45, burn out w/ 20lbs
Rainbows (Standing military press alternating in front and behind the head until failed at 55lbs, then with 5lbs plates 20 front raises and 20 side raises) This is by far one of my favorite exercises. Did three sets of these.
Reverse fly on the peck deck: 12x75, 10x90, 10x90, burn out w/ 50lbs
All of the burn outs are right after putting down the weights on my 3rd set. It is still my "super slow" week. It's all about control and isolation when doing each rep. The shrugs is where I really got
UPDATE Day 10
I am going to update this now. I did a 10 minute warm up this morning on the exercise bike followed by a mile on the indoor track. Then I did 10 minutes of jumping rope. Hit the abs bench and rocked out some sit ups / crunches. Today is my off day due to me not being able to make it to the gym tonight. I am going to see Breaking Benjamin tonight and will get another workout in the mosh pit lol. This actually works out nice because Saturday morning is my first Power lifting class with a new trainer
Been feeling great and haven't had any problems with pumps / cramps. Still have the taurine on hand just in case. Sunday will be the start of the Formestane. I am trying to be as thorough as possible with this log for everyone. Any recommendations on anything I can take to sleep a bit better?
