Right on Nick! Sounds like youre having a great first week. I'm upset I couldnt join the ON cycle fun just yet due to a newbie style injury which I am still embarrassed to see certain gym members because of. But I will be joining you ASAP as long as I heal up like I expect to.

If it makes you feel any better I dropped 275lbs on my chest a few weeks back. Had the bench shirt on doing warmups and got a bit off balance. Spotter grabbed it but it still hit my upper chest. You will be back at it before you know it.

Yeah I really hope so. I tried 135 today just to see how bad it hurt and after one rep wide grip and again a bit closer I decided I am most likely gonna take tomorrow off which would be chest/back day and rest and ice etc...

LOL...As I'm typing this post my phone buzzed to remind me to take my cycle assist. I have all doses set to alarm for the next 4 weeks. This sucks.

How did you rehab from your mishap at the time??? Did you have any bruises or what was the outcome of the dropped weight?
 
Sure, I will start doing that on Sunday when I lift again.
I threw up some videos on a smaller board of me lifting. Its really helpful to record your lifts and have you and some other people take a look at them. :tongue2:

BUMP THAT Geek!!! its great to have ppl look at your lifts and critique!! its the beauty about this sport/hobby. . .it takes time and A LOT OF Practice!! :AR15firing: but you know what they say practice make perfect!!
 
Awesome Nick! Lookin at those low rep sets really make melee want to change my workout back to hit again. Haha keep killing it.
 
UPDATE DAY 9

As my bro Aaelael would say "BOOOM BOOOOM BOOOOOOM." Feeling awesome lol. Libido is sky high and the pumps in the gym and after "cardio" with the girlfriend are insane! . My dress shirt this morning was a lit tighter than usual, actually had trouble buttoning the top button. My weight hasn't gone up more than 3lbs yet but I am noticing an increase in strength. My girlfriend said she can already see a difference in the size of my arms chest and shoulders.

Sides: Hungry and thirsty like its my job. I did sleep like crap again last night. Balls are defn shrunken and a little bit tender. Had some slight paranoia last night while not being able to sleep. A little bit lethargic but not to where I need the DHEA

Current Dosages:
P-Mag:75mg
M14ADD: 120mg

Workout:

Warm up with 3 set of 25 Perfect Push-Ups

Warm up with 2 sets of 10 at 135 on flat bench press

Seated military press: 8x135, 8x145, 6x150, 6x155, 6x150

Standing straight bar shrugs: 15x315, 15x365, 15x365

Bent over fly's: 12x35, 12x35, 10x40, burn out w/ 20lbs

Seated Arnold Press: 10x35, 10x45, 10x45, burn out w/ 20lbs

Rainbows (Standing military press alternating in front and behind the head until failed at 55lbs, then with 5lbs plates 20 front raises and 20 side raises) This is by far one of my favorite exercises. Did three sets of these.

Reverse fly on the peck deck: 12x75, 10x90, 10x90, burn out w/ 50lbs

All of the burn outs are right after putting down the weights on my 3rd set. It is still my "super slow" week. It's all about control and isolation when doing each rep. The shrugs is where I really got

I am going to update this now. I did a 10 minute warm up this morning on the exercise bike followed by a mile on the indoor track. Then I did 10 minutes of jumping rope. Hit the abs bench and rocked out some sit ups / crunches. Today is my off day due to me not being able to make it to the gym tonight. I am going to see Breaking Benjamin tonight and will get another workout in the mosh pit lol. This actually works out nice because Saturday morning is my first Power lifting class with a new trainer

Been feeling great and haven't had any problems with pumps / cramps. Still have the taurine on hand just in case. Sunday will be the start of the Formestane. I am trying to be as thorough as possible with this log for everyone. Any recommendations on anything I can take to sleep a bit better?

melatonin, its gentle and natural but usually does the trick for me
 
ZMA helps big time for me with sleeping issues. . its all natural. . i used the one my PRimeforce. . i took 4 caps. . you can try ZMK by MST as well. . or SOMIDREN as well. .

Log looks great. Interested to see wht kind of size you can put on. Been following along silently, but I just wanted to tell you....Breaking Benjamin is the shi*t. How's it live? always wanted to go.
 
Yea they are, I like to listen to their older stuff sometimes when I am lifting. They are playing tonight with Chevelle, Red (also awesome) and Thousand Foot Krutch.
 
Chevelle is awesome too, though I don't have much of thier stuff. I tend to play (the harder) stuff from Phobia and some of the tracks from Dear Agony in the gym. I wish I had the first BB cd but I dont. I also include Polyamorous and Blow Me Away (Halo 2 soundtrack) in that list. Some of the guitar rifts in Dear Agony's harder songs get me amp'd the **** up. Especially since starting superdrol just over a week ago. Talk about intensity....
 
I have every album and single they have ever put out. "Blow me away" is always on my play lists. The harder stuff defn get me hyped the feck up!!!!!!!!
 
stay away from melatonin, it lowers male sperm count and does some other nasty stuff thst i have read in a scientific journal. Look into sleep oriented tea or ZMA

1) The m14add/Pmag can be split up in 2 -3 doses but its best not to dose Cycle Assist(or other comparable products) withing 3-4 hrs of the PH
 
Looking good Nick. Breaking Benjamin is awesome live, I saw them a few years back in Cleveland with Three Days Grace it was a great time.
Good job staying with the log as well. Way to keep everyone informed.

why? none of the ingreds have been shown to mess with the steroid binding

Thats been conventional logic for awhile. Even though none of the ingredients have been shown to interfere, it has been speculated, and it never hurts to err on the side of caution.
 
My last dosage is usually around 4ish. I have taken ZMA as test booster in the past. Isn't it a good idea to stay away from them while on cycle? Not only can it elevate blood pressure and some may argue this but you can have too much test in your system and throw your body out of wack. I am basically pumping 200mg of methylated steroids in my body a day and I really wouldn't want to put anymore stress on my liver than I am already. I am curious to hear everyone's responses to this.

I will be doing some research today on Melatonin and its sides and will defn post up what I find.

On a separate note. If anyone has the opportunity to see Thousand Foot Krutch, Red, Chevelle, & Breaking Benjamin go! That show last night was insane. It was actually fun to be one of the only sober ones people in the mosh pit lol

Agreed, I pop a receptor in between doses and try to leave plenty of time. It will depend on the half life of the compounds really.
 
UPDATE DAY 11

Feeling pretty good. I was dragging a bit in the gym due to being out so late the night before. Once I got going though I was fine. Pumps are insane, seeing an increase in strength for sure. I have only gained roughly 3 lbs. My shirts are a bit tighter and last night was the first time I have seen my girlfriend since Sunday. She made the comment that I have lost weight around my abs. As I said before I had been taking in 4000 calories a day for months. I did put on some great size but did get a small belly along with it. Not really too worried about it as it will shed right off when I cut. I should see a defn increase in weight this week with all that I am eating.

Sides: Thirsty & Hungry. My balls have shrunk and are a little bit tender. There are times throughout the day where they will start to ache a little bit. Again this is common and I am not worried about it. Had some slight paranoia last night when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. A little bit lethargic but still holding out on popping the DHEA. My Libido is still through the roof!

I seemed to sleep fine last night due to being so tired from the night before. We will see tonight how I sleep and then I will make the decision or not to start the Melatonin.

Last night while at the gym there was these three 22 year old punks throwing weights around with no form or control. One of them made a few comments along the lines of "haha look I am lifting heavier than he is" referring to me. I walked over and nicely said why don't you try doing the exercise my way, the correct way and see how much you can lift. The kid sat down on the behind the head cable pull downs bench. After I explained to him to use his hands as hooks, fore arms to grip the bar, pull it down using you back muscles and to do it super slow and control the weight he attempted a few. Couldn't even do 90lbs two times. My point in all this is it seems more often than not I see people in the gym that load on heavy weight and throw it around very irresponsibly. That doesn't build mass and strength. Controlling the weight and isolating the muscle with each rep does. Anyone else notice this?
 
hahaha that would piss me off so much if I heard that. teaching noobs one day at a time lol

Gym brutha!!! I will say this . . . that there are two elements! there is no such thing as a perfect movement. . .ya dig :22: there are better ways to do a movement but with imperfection comes adaptation and stree on certain areas. . . i'm not here saying that imperfect form is good but what i am sayin is that even with nearly perfect form will come imperfection. . . haha it may seem as if i'm talkin in circles but it does make sense when ya take a step back. . . Nice work on showing these knuckle heads how to do the movement right. . . hahah its not about the weight it is about the contraction of the muscle fibers and the breaking down of nucleotides and peptides and the rebuilding of it all. . its truely an ebon flow. . . makes you wonder :22: things just work way to well for there not to be something out there!!! You always see knuckle heads walkin into the gym with beaters on tryin to strut there stuff haha. . if your big you know it and you don't need to show it. . it just speaks for its self haha :biglaugh:

I hear you bro. I am a big fan of controlled reps contracting the muscles and getting the most out of each rep. The kids in beaters always cracks me up. Glad to hear that doesnt just happen in my area. hahaha.
 
I like going late at night for that reason. Starting April will be going at like 10pm. Went to the base FC one day and I swear this dude had like a shirt on that was just around the collar and down.

You guys are all right. When Aaelael called it an epidemic, he hit the nail right on the head. I wear a long sleeve shirt to the gym every day, even when its 90 degrees outside. I hate my body. Thats why I work so hard to make it look the way I want it to. (it doesn't help that Im pretty sure I have BDD either)
 
UPDATE DAY 12

Feeling pretty good yet again. Pumps in and out of the gym are great. Great intensity in the gym. Checked my weight this morning and I am still only up 3lbs. My shirts are tighter though so we will see what next week brings.

Sides: Paranoia is defn starting to kick in a little bit. I usually experience this while on cycle. Balls are sore at times during the day. Kinda weird but last night I had a wet dream. I am 26 years old and haven't had one in years lol. I was kinda irritated by it but laughed at the same time. My libido is still insane hahahaha.

Warm Up:

3 sets of 25 perfect push-ups

Standing dumbbell curls - 10x25, 10x25

Behind the head tri dumbbells press w/ 15lbs

Workout, Bi's & Tri's:

Standing straight bar curls - 10x95,10x95, 10x95, burn out w/ 65lbs

Standing inside & outside combo dumbbell curls: 8x25, 10x25, 8x30

Standing easy bar curls: 10x65, 10x65, 10x65, burn out w/ 45lbs

Spider curls: 10x25. 10x25, 10x25, burnout w/ 10lbs

Standing single arm behind the head tri press: 10x30,10x30, 10x30

Tri cable press downs using the "v" bar: Not sure the weight on this one, they are half weights. The numbers are scratched off but we used the entire stack lol. Did 3 sets. Right after each set we did a burnout with the tri rope press downs at 40lbs.

Seated Lee Hayward Tri press: 10x35,10x35, 10x35

Dumbbell tri kick backs: 10x25,10x25,10x25, burnout w/ 15lbs

Behind the head tri cable press: 15x60, 15x70, 15x70, burnout with 40lbs

I received two bottles of Liver Juice yesterday by Primordial Performance. Thanks to Jimbo for hooking me up. My girlfriend was at my house and she signed for them. I get a phone call while I am at work, "What the fck did you get now, they came with fcking syringes." I almost fell out of my chair I laughed so hard. I had to tell her to look again and that they were oral syringes. The stuff seriously doesn't taste bad at all. Its tastes just like Almonds. I am running that along with my CEL Cycle Assist for added protection. When putting this amount of methylated compounds in my body, I really cant be too careful.

I will be taking it easy today and tomorrow is my first power lifting class with the new coach. Really looking forward to him kicking my a$$ in the gym.

Big ups to N8te, I will be smashing some steel with him the first week of April while in his area on business. I will also be meeting up with my man Aaeleal and Geekpoop the first week of May to SFW as well. Looking forward to it it guys!

If I don't see any more of a difference by the end of next week I will bump my food intake back up to 4000 cals a day. Anyone think I should be concerned about not gaining weight yet?

I wouldn't be too concerned, you're not even a full two weeks in yet. You'll probably start to see what's up towards the end of this next week. If you're eating 3k now, i'd just bump to 3.5k. 4k just seems excessive....ppl always seem to over-exaggerate their macros while on cycle. I always want my gains to be as lean as possible...i'd rather have 5lbs of lean gains then 10-15lbs of BS that ain't gonna stick around.
 
I wouldn't stree to much about it!!! i would have had my diet up to 4k already though. . . IMO start it asap!!! when tryin to gain serious weight make sure that cal intake is up. . i know you know this but again!!! just make sure your significant other rubs the boys when there sore haha!!! :AR15firing: that way you can make the magic happen hahaa :op:
