Yea... but if they really do want to make Bold a script drug, then they are pulling it for reasons that other than what they would pull superdrol for. Obviously they want to make money off of bold, and in Super's case, they would just be deeming it unsafe... I doubt anyone could get away with prescribing methasteron... lol.
 
Yesterday's workout

Spider curls - worked up to 45x6-4-5=15
Rope P/L preachers - worked up to 85x13
Stretch for 45 secs
Seated explosive calves worked up to 3 plates x 20..too easy
Stretch for 60 secs
Lying leg curls - worked up to 150x7; did not rest pause to let my quads catch up to my dominant hams
Ham stretch w/ 90 for 60 secs
Heel raised Db's on shoulder's squats - HOLY SHIZZAH! First time I ever tried this and I am in love! I went ass to grass on this and it felt soooo good! Worked up to 50s for 10 reps...too easy. Will be upping weight next time.
Quad stretch for 60 secs...felt really good

Stairmaster for 10 mins~150 cals

Went back for a second cardio session last night and did a bunch of abs supersetted with eachother. And some light treadmill work for 15 mins.

This morning went and did 20 mins on the Stairmaster and burned 300 cals. Doodz! ALCAR is the sh1t! My endurance has gone through the roof!! It is rediculous! Fatigue sets in later and then when it does it only last for like 30 secs and then goes away. That 20 mins FLEW by! If I didn't have to go to work, I would have kept going. Doing another cardio sess tonight (light). Prob walk around my apartment complex with the girlfriend and enjoy the nice weather. I love the cold!

I have read a lot on that stuff myself and want to try it myself. I will be trying some out later in February after my HyperTest log. Have to wait for that to be over.

Went very well! Pumps were painful! Like, they seriously hurt. It was that awesome. I did...

Felt like my skin was tearing.

I think next time I'll just take all three scoops pre-workout, and maybe an E-911 with it. I tend to like the jolt more than most.

so you think all of it pre w/o would yield better results than 2 pre and 1 intra?
 
Gonna do 5mg for maybe 6 weeks. Havn't decided yet. May just do 4 but I would def like to push it if I can. I think the addition of M1d will make it a much smoother cycle than Micro alone. So I'm feeling good at 4 weeks, I'll push it to 6. I will follow this with an additional two weeks of m1d alone to solidify gains. Then take it even further with my monster pct. :head: Lots of good stuff lined up here. :D

I would start the M1D for 2 weeks then add in the SD. I just think it would be better to jump into PCT at the end of SD vs waiting the 2 weeks while you finish the M1D.

Sounds like fun either way. I think M1D/Epi would be nice too.

I used my Anad Pump for the 1st time today and got the same feeling: arms were hurting! I did tris and they were sooo pumped. I tossed in some hi-rep curls for the fun of it and they started to hurt. I cannot imagine a reg bicep workout, PAIN.
 
Thanks for the advice guys. That does sound like a better plan. Cannot effing wait to jump on this! As of now, I am on all out cut! I want to loose as much fat as possible before this thing jumps off. Just got back from my second cardio sess today ~300 cals w/abs :yup:...feeling good about myself. SLIN should be in a day or two or four. And when it does arrive, I will upping carbs up a bit. If that keeps me from loosing fat (HIGHLY DOUBT IT), I will drop the carbs back down. As I see it, I am going to be doing a lot of cardio and I'm going to need the extra carbs to preserve as much muscle mass as possible.

Had a real noice workout today! Felt strong and very confident! Very alpha! Looks like my heavy bouts of cardio are already paying off. My girl and my workout partner said I look leaner. Made me feel very good. It also got me even more amped to kill it in the gym.

SLIN and Anadraulic Pump came in today! Really psyched to try out the AP. Damn shame I have to wait 2 more days. :sad:

Today, I dosed 4 Hemo, 6 sprays Ghenerate (I think I like it better at 6 than 8. I get to anxious at 8. Effects are VERY nice otherwise. I’m sure I can make due with 6 tho.), 4 prime pre w/o. Irish and Kleen have convinced me 10 is not significantly better than 7 or 8 caps/day. So I dropped it from 10 to 7 and seeing where that takes me. I wouldn’t mind making this bottle last as long as possible.

Intra – did a full gallon of water today (as opposed to my usual half gallon), threw in 1.5 scoops Vassive ea8, 1g ALCAR. I had about 3/4ths of it during my workout and am now finishing it off. LOVE the increase in stamina! I am a freaking machine right now! I feel unstoppable!

Okay onto the workout:
• Wide iso press – worked up to 240x11-9-6=26! I will up the weight 10lbs next time. Chest was stupid swole!
• Chest stretch w/ 65’s for 60 seconds
• Reverse close grip incline bench – worked up to 125x3, dropped 115x6, 105x6. New exercise here. Never tried it but I had a dream about it last night and felt it was a sign to try it out. Tri’s loved it! Was an awkward exercise but as soon as form is down perfect, the weight will for sure fly up.
• Tri stretch for 45 seconds.
• Front raises – worked up to 30x10~easy
• Superset w/ Lateral raises – worked up to 30x10~too easy…weight will go up next time or reps..haven’t decided which yet.
• Shoulder stretch for 45 seconds
• Hammer grip pulldowns – LOVE THESE! Worked up to 170x8-5-7=20; will up weight next time.
• Deadlifts – worked up to 275x4; I know I know weaksauce but deadlifts have not been one of my strong points but I’m gonna work on that now. Grip was pretty sweet..wasn’t slipping or anything. I am SURE I can do significantly more weight (do SLDL w/ 335) but I’m gonna slowly work up to it. Workout buddy is gonna bring some chalk next dead session. Never used it before, so I’m pretty excited to see what it do for me. I’m completely off straps and gloves right now. It’s time I get these baby forearms up to speed!

if you can pull 335 SLDL, yor DL will prolly be around 350-380 np.

As of now, I am on an all out cut. I will be cutting as much as possible before the start of my cycle at the end of January. Last few days, I have done A LOT of cardio and will keep going at this rate. I like what I am seeing already and it has only been 4 days of consistent cardio. I am fully motivated to kick ass now. Also, I have some SLIN to help with the carbs :yup: Thanks for checkin up bro

You'll love the chalk. It is freaking awesome, and you have no idea how strong your grip really is until you use it. You're girlfriend on the other hand, is going to hate the chalk... my hands have never been so gnarled with calluses as when I was deadlifting heavy with chalk.

I don't know, man, most chicks I date dig the callused hands. They have told me it's "masculine." - One told me it makes her think of me chopping down trees with an axe with my shirt off. lol

Mine are plenty rough, but when I was lifting with chalk and no wraps, I could actually scratch her with my calluses, and if I am scratching my girls boobs when we're in bed, that means I couldn't touch the boobies. That was a problem that had to be solved, thus wraps for now.

Pinwheel curls and reverse cable curls are doing my forearms just fine for now. I'm gonna hit a big deadlift workout on Monday with my friend Jeff, and he can pull over 500 no wraps, so I bet he is gonna make me chalk up and hit it heavy... so my priorities may sway for a few weeks... at least till she notices. :bigok:

but in all seriousness, I will be bringing a damp towel to wipe off the bb when done. I will not be chalking up for anything other than deads, so they really wont have chance to notice. Plus I workout so damn early, there is nobody in the weight section except me and my bud.

You know ever since men stopped acting like men the only hint of masculinity these girls get to see sometimes is stubble and calauses. No wonder it turns some of them on. That confidence is the real key to success. Men who still act like men are a rare breed now. Nice to be in good company around here.

Good luck on her not noticing Bro! My hands gnarl up immediately and I find myself filing them down so as not to scratch the crap out of her. If only she were into pain it would be a win win situation eh?

Had a real nice cardio session this morning. Burned 300 cals on the stairmaster. Stretched out quads immediately after. I'm gonna need to keep stretching legs eod to get them used to all the cardio. Endurance continues to get higher. I am loving this! Tried a scoop of Anadraulic Pump this morning with 2 caps Meltdown, 6 sprays Ghenny, 1 cap Prime. I LOVE the focus...and the PUMP..WOW! that I get off of this! Sucha clean buzz I get. I stay zoned in and it helps me get the task at hand done! I am soooooooo sore today from yesterday's workout. This has got to be the WORST doms I have had in like a year. Seriously! I am in serious pain and I am loving it! Back from Deads=destroyed! Delts from raises=not being able to lift arms! Traps are feeling massacred too. I guess I never really gave Deads the credit they deserved. I really don't think the reverse close grip incline bench fired up my tris enough. I didn't really feel much of a burn and I have zero doms in them. Idk. I'll prob stick with the exercise and see how it treats me. If I see no progress, I will change it out for something else. I am continuing to look leaner everyday. SLIN really disposed of those carbs yesterday! I had a little over 100g carbs and it looks like I didn't touch a carb when I woke up this morning. Dryyy as fack!
