You never knowI am pretty much willing to try anything.. I hate my legs, I've tried so many different lifts/techniques to get big quads, it's ridiculous hah.
Lets see:
I do 20 sets of reps for squats of 25 reps
I then do 10 sets of lunges for 150 feet with weight
I then do quadriceps/hamstring curls for 7 sets
Ham/quad extensions for 10 sets
2 wall sits for a total of 10 minutes
5 sets of box squats
7 sets of smith machine close feet squats ATG in the whole
agility drills/dot drills
sprints up a hill earlier in the day, running up and down stairs as well
Hip adductor/abductor
lunges in place with dumbells
2 sets of jump squats with weights and a box(make sure you have someone behind you)
i purchased this product and am happy with it so far, but i want to know if i can incorporate mitotropin in this cycle for greater fat loss.
Would there be any complications in doing this?...
Final Review without added supps:
Let me say that I was HIGHLY impressed with this GH releaser, I love how the effects never dimmed per say but got stronger. My strength increased in almost every category, sleep was simply amazing. Recovery was tremendous with a great sense of well being. I noticed a vast improvement in coordination like when I used Powerfull, only the effects HGHup were more notable. My cognitive function was simply a blessing, not to mention the drive factor that it gave me to do my papers with TIME TO SPARE. Training has been outstanding while on HGHup, now I will test it out with a couple supps, OEP will not start till after ThanksGiving LOL! The only problem that I noted was aggression along with my temper, but I am able to defeat it by praising God and asking him to be the one to guide me and my mind.
This product got a 11/10 for me hands down, the only note that I did not get a real edge on was hunger, my hunger was normal to a bit higher that normal, but on Ghenerate my hunger was HIGH. I feel that HGHup is IDEAL for any athlete looking for recovery and for the effects to last. Ghenerate made me sore after a while and HGHup did NOT, which again is why I would choose to use HGHup over Ghenerate. Also, Ghenereate did not give me strength, but HGHup DID. I gained 4 reps on my bench, I increased volume on squats, puching/kicking power was GOOD, grappling was a bit more coordinated, and bodily movements was UP! This is an athlete's supplement, AN did what they were supposed in mind of the athlete. I can not wait for the next product you guys come out with, please let it be something with GPLC at 4.5g at a supply of at least 30 days.

after following along with you log i think i may run hghup in the future...still figuring out what to stack it with...

Ghenerate is geared more for a bodybuilder and delays recovery, good size increase and HARD erections.
HGHup gives DEEPER sleep, BETTER recovery, and MUCH more strength gains, more geared for an athlete such as I.
is HGHup illegal for a natural bodybuilding competitions?
ok, so I know that everyone is stating that this product is awsome for great sleeps, but myself and my friend are both on it and have not been sleeping worth a **** at all...Has anyone else experienced these issues? we both take 3 in the morning and 2 before our 430pm workout...
