MetroBadAss Ghenerates more size while sleeping like a baby..oh yeah teh

Logs lookin good met. Ive got some Ghenerate on the way that im stoked as hell to try out. Looks like it has been treating people pretty well especially in the recomp section!

Hopefully your elbo pain goes away brother. Congrats on the lady friend as well, sounds like you had a good time. The Marines for now have killed my social life for the most part outside of my fellow Marines, but thats ok. More time for my Temple of Iron!!!

Awesome stuff man, recomping is great! I was trying to cut and actually recomped a little this week instead. Nice surprise.
 
:lol: funny stuff guys. Had a nice workout today. Still kinda testing the waters. Today was my A3 workout which mean I have 1 more workout before I am done with the first run of exercises. Also, last night I did not take my Ghenerate. I wanted to see what would happen. It took me a little longer to get to sleep but I did some great sleep but I did still wake up once for a piss and some water. Will be continuing it back today.

Todays workout
Incline bb press - worked up to 165x4-3-2=9, dropped to 145x10. I really really focused on form today. Slow and controlled. Non of this stopping 2" above the chest crap. Will stick here until I hit 15 reps.
Skipped the chest stretch today and did some inner pec flys today, working up to 90x6
Seated arnolds - worked up to 55x7-5-4=16; very pleased with this one. Will stay here until I reach 20 reps.
stretch for 45 secs
Seated db ext. - will be changing this out next time because I did this exercise last blast and need a change. Worked up to 95x7-5-2=14. Elbows killed!
Hammer grip chins
- worked up to +45x5-3-2=10
1 arm db rows - worked up to 115x6 reps with no mofuggin straps :yup:

Also, I have dropped carbs to around 50g and got my hands on some grape fruit juice.
 
It's supposed to help with lipolysis

the secret is out, that is muscle tech's secret ingredient for getting those guy's so huge. no roids, just grapefruit juice!!!

That still has the stuff you want in it, but whole grapefruit has the added fiber and what not to the diet. Keeps the insulin levels down more than a juice.

There is a popular fad diet, something about grapefruit. The juice is good but I like MrKleen's advice.:cheers:

Yep. I eat one whole grapefruit ever day with breakfast. I can really tell on the days I don't have it. Something just doesn't feel right. I like it even better than blueberries. I may start having 1/2 grapefruit, 4x/day.

Depending on the size of the grapefruit I will do that if big enough of just have one whole medium one x2 a day and then blueberries once since they are a bit expensive.

Today is Day 16 since I started but I have dose 15 of those days.
 
Sleep has been weird the last few nights. I could not get to sleep last night. So I read and watched TV until about 2 am and then konked out. I woke up several times throughout the night too. Man I really hope I dont have Sleep Apnea. I lowered my doses to 5/5. Gonna see how that goes. Recovery is awesome right now. I have zero doms from yesterday's workout. My ass/legs do still hurts from those a2g squats tho :head: I'm feeling very strong and just want to workout. I am feeling drained a bit from the low carbs. Gonna have to get some coffee.

I got to sleep fine last night. I'm thinking school/work stress and the time change has just messed with me a bit here. I watched GI Joe and Law Abiding Citizen last night. OMGZZZ!!! 2 really awesome movies! GI Joe had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish! Please go see these movies if you have not yet. They are must sees!

Recovery is retarded right now. Like "on" retarded. I cranked out 100 consecutive pushups last night like they were my b1tch. I could have done more but I just stopped at 100 because that is a mile stone number. I've never done that many pushups back to back. It got me amped! lol. My chest was swole as frack! I am too excited to workout tomorrow.
 
I don't know what to think about your sleep issues. I've been on GHenerate since Saturday and I haven't had any problems. I'm sleeping like a baby all through the night and waking up alert without an alarm. Normally I doze in and out until I get out of bed, but recently I've been ready to rock right from the start. Once or twice I've stayed in bed for 30mins, but I was just being lazy. I wasn't tired or anything.
 
Bro I'm pretty sure it's stress. Sorry if I did not make this clear but this was an issue prior to using Ghenerate. It did seem to intensify since I've been on though. It goes back and forth. I think I tend to have a hard time sleeping when I know I have things that need to be done, for example: school, work.

But H is having sleep problems, too, so unless he's stressed out as well, something must be causing it. Whether it's the GHenerate I don't know. I really can't see that being the case because the first testers all slept very well if I recall correctly.

My morning dosings are easy, but with the added meal to my diet, I'm having a hard time dosing GHenerate in a good time window at night. I need to pack two of my meals closer together or something.

It's probably a coincidence. A lot of people in America have sleep issues. I have struggled with insomnia on/off since I was young lad.

Man, I'm starting to feel that ish too! I'm looking better in the mirror every day. Dense, full, and lean! And I just bumped cals up, too! :woohoo:

Welcome to IC's World of Weightloss. It's great, isn't it?! No need for drastic caloric deficits. Train hard and eat solid. Fasted resistance training is the answer!
