MetroBadAss Ghenerates more size while sleeping like a baby..oh yeah teh

Sweet deal Legal! Sorry my log isn't up to your standards. It's damn near impossible for my logs to not have a lot of conversing in it.
 
Update

I'm not experiencing the higher libido that the other testers were talking about. My sleep is really good though. I just cannot stay asleep through the whole night. I wake up like 3x/night and need to get some water. Wishing this didn't happen. But I am still getting great sleep so that is all that matters! Recovery is picking up. I'm starting to look a little leaner and more vascular. Look forward to seeing some new cuts come in!
 
How about this..my old friend Shadow used to put light bulbs in his titles of his update posts. I will do the same so if you want to skim passed all the jibba jabba, you can just look for the light bulbs? good?

Hey Met, do you think the libido may have to do with the fact it was just supercharged by the high test before so you are not noticing a slight increase because you are still used to the extreme high it was? Just interested if you think that may be a mitigating factor?

No way I will sabotage any chance of that working by putting that in every one of my posts. Everyone has to read the insanity. Okay just kidding that is a good idea.

Idk :dunno: its not high though. It WAS high in the beginning of my TPRO run but now it's dropped. :dunno: I think I'm just stressed from work and school.

I dunno, but I sure do agree with the ratio of intelligence to imbeciles changing around here as of late. I have trouble even browsing the anabolics section... mostly a bunch of 19 year olds wanting to run the Phera/Superdrol bridge or some rediculous amount of Tren.

Logs lookin good brother. I wonder why you cant sleep through the night, thats odd. I myself sometimes have that problem. I know sometimes on GH supps and sometimes on IGF-1 id have to get up because id be soooo thirsty, maybe this is a testiment to it really raising IGF levels? Im not sure, ill have to read the other logs and see if others are experiencing this as well.
 
Funny sh1t guys! lol.

Just did 45 mins of cardio and burned 394 cals. :yup: Did some abs/obliques and core work too.

Weighed myself AFTER all the cardio and guess what? I'm up a pound! haha Carbs were very low today. Like 50g low. Just one of those bad days where I had no control.
 
don't know if it's related, but I get super-thirsty and also wake up more often on higher doses of bulk carboxy too. maybe you should try lowering the dosages if it interrupts your sleep too much.

i just hit up the promo for ghenerate+ifg1, hopefully it works well for me too!

ps, that volleyball picture = not so good imo
 
You might be right. I am currently at 7 sprays 2x/day. Maybe I should drop it to 6 sprays 2x/day.

Sleep is still crazy. I am getting great sleep but not without waking up a couple times a night. It's kind of driving me crazy. Im glad I just feel rested though. I do not feel lethargic at all throughout the day which is good. Libido seems down to me to be honest. Don't know what to think here. Recovery is going well. My DOMS arent lasting long and I feel amped to hit the gym at all times. Excited for tomorrow and Thursday's workouts. Gonna move up on all weights, Im sure of it!

LOL but so many available weapons... I get that pitbull mentality when I am mad. Kind of a so what if your a rottweiller and double my size, I AIMS TO TAKE YOU OUT!!!!

Would have still been funny as long as the 130 lb guy was a douche nozzle with no towel for wiping down the equipment when he finishes. Not a pet peeve or anything there eh?
 
Had a bleh workout today. Was very stressed out due to some problems I'm dealing with but I'm getting over them. Strength was down a hair today but I will post up today's workout with my workout tomorrow. I assure you, I will be tearing it up big time tomorrow! I'm feeling good and I know it's gonna be a good one. Sleep is getting better. I only woke up once last night! I am happy with that for the rest of my life. I would not mind once a night at all. I think I am seeing some lethargy. Not sure yet. We'll see how tomorrow goes. Appetite is nutz! I go hypo a lot waiting to eat. I literally feel hypo an hour after a BIG meal. But I am trying to trim the fat so I have to deal with it. If I really really can't take it anymore, I will either have some bcaas, or 1-2 tbs of peanut butter. Endurance is something I am really noticing here. Cardio is getting easier and bed cardio too :D. Libido is FINALLY starting to rise a bit. I want this HIGH libido everyone was getting. I'll be patient though.
 
Seems to be "kicking in" :) How much cals are you eating per day btw? Upped them for GHenerate or staying the same?
Just wondered about the appetite..
