Day 3

WTH! I don't know what to think here but my weight jumped on everything today! I purposely moved all my weights up but I didnt expect to hit the reps that I did! Feeling really good! Libido is up. I want it higher tho! :smite:. It's only day 3, so I am really amped to see how things progress.

Only listing my working (rp) sets.

Wide incline iso press - 180x5-3-2=10 :woohoo:
stetched w/ 55s for 90 secs gyeahh!!! :hammer: This hurt soooo bad!
Ez up rows - 100x9; only went up 1 rep on this from last time. My right wrists doesnt like this exercise at all. I'm thinking I need to switch this with something else.
stretch 60 secs
Overhead db ext - 95x10-3-5=18 :woohoo:
stretched with a 40 for 60 seconds
Pullups - +35x4-3-2=9; gotta stick at this weight
Reverse grip bb rows - 215x6; last rep was sloppy. not sure I should even count that one. Dropped off to 170x15 :D
Lat hang with 110 for 60 secs. I had straps marks all up on my hands. It looks like I busted some blood vessels haha.

Excited for my next workout! Shame I have to wait another 2 days :frustrate
 
..oh and I used 2 Gbol for my post workout meal :D
 
..also should comment: I felt weak today. It was weird but my #s said different. :dunno: was weird.
 
haha yeah thats what happens when you start a log a week before you actually start the supp :lol:
 
Oh, I LOVE the pain from the chest stretches . . . it feels soooo good. Since I have some shoulder issues I have been focusing on flys, def making sure to get a good stretch. When I have my spotter I went with 65s, that killed me for several days!

I cant really say todays madness was from TPro just yet. Just seems too soon. Though my libido is doin things it wasnt 3 days ago. SO :dunno:

You're a better man than I. I couldn't handle doing those stretches. I'd hit 50-60 seconds and drop it every time. I never made it to 90.

Well from the looks of it we are trying to make Metroba go nuts, his libido is getting higher and higher and some how the stuff wet dreams are made if keeps landing happily in this thread. Poor guy... Lucky us!

Quick DC question. The rest-pause gap, how long is the rest? I used to do 10 seconds, TG did 15 breaths, but I was never for sure whether there was an officially set time, or if it's an arbitrary time frame that's self diagnosed and based on your subjective level of desired intensity.

It varies but for the most part 15 deep breaths. If I was only able to get a few reps I'll do 20 breaths or 25. No more tho.

I've been doing 15 breaths, regardless of whether i only get a few reps. Let the great pictures continue!

This thread got a lot better while I was at class. :D

This gear is making me horny as hell. Low-dose SD seems to do the trick...and I'm feeling GOOD! If only I could get some sleep tonight. :(
