WTH! I don't know what to think here but my weight jumped on everything today! I purposely moved all my weights up but I didnt expect to hit the reps that I did! Feeling really good! Libido is up. I want it higher tho! :smite:. It's only day 3, so I am really amped to see how things progress.

Ez up rows - 100x9; only went up 1 rep on this from last time. My right wrists doesnt like this exercise at all. I'm thinking I need to switch this with something else.

Overhead db ext - 95x10-3-5=18 :woohoo:
stretched with a 40 for 60 seconds
Pullups - +35x4-3-2=9; gotta stick at this weight
Reverse grip bb rows - 215x6; last rep was sloppy. not sure I should even count that one. Dropped off to 170x15

Lat hang with 110 for 60 secs. I had straps marks all up on my hands. It looks like I busted some blood vessels haha.
Excited for my next workout! Shame I have to wait another 2 days :frustrate
