Today is Day 5. Im itching to get into the gym! I got in some cardio yesterday with some abs. Cant remember if I already updated that :think:. Anyway, I have a monster bi/forearm/calves/ham/quad session tomorrow. I'll even throw a little cardio in too :D. Feeling good. Mood is up. Libido is actually a little funny. It goes up and down. I definitely think stress plays a factor. I have exams coming up and research papers due. Im exhausted.

Seriously. I was updating my log/catching up on logs I sub to as my girlfriend was cooking me dinner, and she came in to tell me dinner was ready... and she started to accuse me of looking at porn because of this thread. I said nope, all the girls have SOMETHING on. Maybe not a lot, but they aren't naked. :lol: She wasn't mad, she was just giving me a hard time, but it was pretty funny to say the least.

Todays workout was awesome! Went up on reps for everything. Db curls are still moving up slowly but I'll get there.

#'s: (working only)

Incline db curls - 60x4-3-4=11
Reverse cable curls - 2x12 (+2 reps); wrist was feeling better today...1 day at a time.
Db holds w/100's for 45 secs
stretch for 45 secs
Standing calves - 300x7 (only 5 seconds at bottom and not 15)
stretch for 60 secs each
SLDL - moved up 10lbs!! 320x4 :woohoo:
CS angled leg press - 12x9 (+7 reps!); will throw a 25 on the top next time.
Ham stretch with 135 for 45 seconds; moved down in weight because I my hams are growing faster than quads..just trying to ease up.
Quad stretch for 60 seconds

Awesome workout! Very pleased! Excited for Friday's workout! :smite:
 
...and I've gotten cardio in everyday since Sunday. 2 in the gym and the rest in the bedroom :hammer:...endurance is def up

I did them for a while but saw nothing. Maybe I need to be more persistent. I wish I had a ton of time to train little body parts like that. I've been so strapped recently with my schedule. I've been fortunate just to get in my three solid sessions a week.
 
Seriously man! Same here! I literally only have time to workout 3x/week. I train on my 1 day off during the week, morning of my 1 day off during the week I dont have class, and 1 day before work on the weekend. I have NO WAY to work out on any other day at any time. My schedule is jammed packed!

DC calf raises have been working awesome for me.
 
I def dig DC calve raises. I just get so tired of it. So I have to switch things up. My calves are already huge anyway...genetics :dunno:

Sam, Russian calves - you warm up and then you pick a weight that you can only do 8-12 reps with and you do however many sets it takes to get you to 75 reps total. I have about 10 second rests in between the sets. Then it's followed by picking a weight you can hit 50 reps with for however many sets.
 
Huge calves?? You lucky bastard!!! I have to slave away to get even minute growth....:cussing::cussing:
 
These are my dad's calves. Mine get that hard look. They just arent as big..He's 300+ tho :lol:

My calves are my weak link. I have been trying sooo damn hard to get them to grow. They no longer look like sticks, but this damn DC training is so good for the rest of my legs that they still look relatively small.

I'll trade you some of my back and traps for some of your calves Rob.
