There's no pre-workout supp like ECA & low dose Y. I haven't used Ephed in months, and even though I've been on stims for about a month now (Adrenaline, now Reduction AM; the low dose of Y-hcl from the T-911), the Ephed still kicked in like I was a stim virgin.

I have been avoiding single joint movements all together in my new program and keeping to my objectives of test releasing, compound movements, with the exception of shrugs. However, the BB shrugs do offer some core benefits to a certain extent and you get the lumbar strengthening, axial loading effect via Wolf's Law, so it's justified.
The prime downfall of Raw Shrugs, are that my raw grip strength is still very homoerotic, so I can't man-handle enough weight to properly stimulate what my traps can handle, but that's the price of relying too heavily on wraps for too many years.
T-911:
My original intention of utilizing T-911, was for the sake of muscle preservation, as I transitioned from traditional bodybuilding, to what I'm doing now. I was not anticipating any weight gain during my more so recomp intended phase. I wonder if it's the new compounding, compound program or the T-911? Or a compounded, compounding effect of both compounds compoundifying.
I've only had ONE spat of random aggravation while on T-911 and I don't get into that teeth gritting, need to head butt some iron before my set mentalities that I seem to experience on test boosters, so this isn't a very angry supplement. That's both good and bad, good in that, behaving sane like is always a plus, bad in that, it's these brick chewing, ultra intensified experiences that lets me "feel" as though the supplement is doing it's job, so it's a bit of a psychological preference.
In the long run, I've learned that gains that come too fast, go fast and although I am gaining "strength" on T-911, it doesn't seem to be coming on too fast, a bit slow in my opinion actually, but consistent, nonetheless, therefore, I'm hoping a bit more permanent.
