The only think I look forward to eating in my day is My Protein Fudge lol it tastes so bad for me but its not!
 
So my best friend is black, why is that relevant information? because I've never been to a BBQ, like a black folk BBQ. I went to a BBQ this weekend and the chef, who was also a friend of Afro Persuassion and an amazing effing cook. He made the BBQ sauce in the kitchen and I've never heard of hamburger meat rub, but with as much "stuff" he added to the burger meat, it was damn near a rub.

I ate horrendously Sunday. I had one of my friends famous "Bruva Burger," a hot dog and although I was stuffed, I was asked to have a hot link which I ate out of principle.

I ate bad the entire day and I had about 3 cups of wine through the afternoon, which brought my food discipline way down once I was buzzing.

but I'm not gonna lie, the next time I get a chance to have a "Bruva Burger," I'll probably eat two to three of them, it was probably the best hamburger I've ever had in my life :684: I'll just have a DCP drip in my arm while I'm doing it.
I don't even want to tell you guys how my weekend went. Lets just say I hope my friends don't have any more weddings coming up:worried:

No yesterday was my recovery and let me tell you it was not fun at all it really makes me not want to drink at all really. I had a great time on the bachelor party and wedding but damn I hate having to pay for it the next day it really isn't worth it anymore.

Ahhhh, gotcha, you helped bill the bachelor party and in retrospect, it would have paid 2 years worth of cycles in full.
 
I'm at a steady 195lbs now. I began my new program/T-911 at around 190-193lbs. Most people get excited about weight gain, but my initial reactions are cynical, unless I know I am intentionally bulking, which I'm not.

My strength is steadily moving up, and the vascularity I achieved when I dropped to 186lbs is still apparent, not to the same degree, but I'm more vascular now at 195, then I have previously been at 195lbs.

I'll see how my strength goes tonight.

I'd have to do a Smith Flat Bench to truly gauge my strength. My stabilizers are not caught up to my working muscles with the free bench, which is all I'm doing these days, but on the Smith, I can focus on pure push and gauge the force production of my pecs without the obstruction of balance & stabilization.

However, removing layers of effort from a compound movement would be the antithesis of my current objectives, so....

I like your verbage for Illinois, Killinois. My favorite has to be the slang for Tennessee, Ten-a-key. I heard it said in a song and it stuck with me for some reason :dunno:

Since he was old enough to shake a ratlle hes been cycling. 400 grams of Tren a day. Thats right 400 grams a day everyday.

Happens to the best of us. I cant stand when people just chill on a machine or bench. ergh. Luckily it usually only happens to me at school.
 
I brought my fiance to the gym today. She's not fit in terms of cardiorespiratory, because she doesn't workout, she's only "fit" superficially. I got her a gym pass after our engagement and she tries hard to be a workout girl "for me." She tells me, "this is what love looks like," whenever I take her to the gym. She's still finding her place in what she can or can't do. I had her do the Eliptical for 20 min, but she didn't make it, so she tried the bike for 15 min. I told her it doesn't matter as much with low impact cardio as to how you break it up, it's about the sum total effort when it's all said & done (as far as low impact cardio goes).

I guess I have to give her credit for trying and trying to be consistent for my sake.

It feels weird for me, working out knowing that someone is waiting on me, I feel rushed and unsettled, but what benefits her benefits me, "once we're married" so its all good.

Anyway, I'm still taking double T-911 pre workout.

I was thinking of running M-Drol, is that the one with minimal PCT? and using the other bottle of T-911 as PCT. You're the guru, help a bruva out.
 
That is awesome she is willing to go to the gym with you tho. Maybe she will start to really enjoy it.

Yeah, my sacrifice is that I'm not only NOT a baseball fan, I personally find it painfully boring, but I take her to Dodger games, because her and her entire family are a lineage of hardcore Dodgers fans.

I'm a football, MMA guy. I sometimes cheer for the other team at baseball games by accident because a good play was made :dunno: She's a Dodger FREAK!!!

so my gf works for in n out, and yesterday was the company picnic. picture this if you can....

10 in n out trucks, serving FREE burgers, hot dogs, chili dogs, etc etc etc. however you want it, however many you want, and FREE!

ate a hot dog to get me started, then moved onto 2 double doubles. and i figured i migth as well seal the deal, so we went to coldstone after and got some ice cream.

i wish i would have gone even farther and gotten the animal fries, but i decided to display some self control :lol:

luckily, my gf enjoys working out and being fit. sometimes i go on her computer and she has a couple tabs open in safari researching nutrition and training stuff. its always a pleasant surprise.

and i know what you mean feeling rushed and what not when shes with you. i just started having my gf meet me there, that way she isnt stuck there, and im not rushed. best of both worlds.
 
That's the plan. Also, I realized that when I dead lift the weight I am able to lift when using a belt/wraps, I end up climbing the weight ladder too quickly. The last time I tried to re-start the dead lift process, I was back up to 405lbs by my third session. Furthermore, it's when I hit the 405lbs+ range that I start to have re-aggravating complications, so either I'll simply keep under that kind of weight permanently, or I'll have to take up to a year to give my lumbar enough time to establish that kind of stability.

I don't see myself doing 405 without my wraps ANY TIME soon either way and I'm in no rush. Being the beast of the gym seemed more relevant at 24-25yrs old, now, I'm much more concerned about the long term health of my body.

Not if you start working out at 30 ! :lol:

My strength in general hasn't changed from my last session, but I am feeling an increase in core stability and familiarity of form. Core strength & stability is one of my prime objectives, so I consider this a success.

I stopped getting hypo at the end of my workouts and I even feel fairly energized once I'm done. I'm still exhausted, but not like I need to pass out and inject some glucose into my veins.

I'm still gaining weight, which is less then exciting. I'm around 194lbs consistently. My caloric intake is at maintenance and below, but I'm eating simple carbs again, about 120-200g a day on average. Apart from that, my diet is clean as bleach. My vascularity is good and the split in my biceps are quite apparent when I do deads, but weight gain still messes with my head. Either I'm just getting fat or it's the T-911.

Sam, even if you do eat simple carbs, if your caloric intake is below or at maintenance then you should NOT be gaining fat. I'm assuming these simple carbs are consumed around workout times am I right ? .... I vote for T-911 :)

You little bastards... I had a completely carb-free weekend that just ended with a wheat wrap and some granola...

As long as she tries and really puts forth the effort. I mean, BW wasn't very into this stuff and Resolve now has her hooked (praise Jesus! - as men, we know getting a woman involved in fitness when she had no interest is nothing short of a miracle :p ) - Just keep working on her. Hopefully she'll come around. Step one is always encouragement.

If that doesn't work, Step Two is always more severe: Make sure every compliment is back-handed. For example... "I really like your dress...but I'd like it better if you had a tighter butt." or "This dinner is delicious...but it would be better if it didn't turn you into a piece of lard." - You know.

I kid.

Make her extend her workout or something. lol - Man, I'm such a butt hole. I hear chicks in the gym rushing their men all the time. It's horrible.

Here's my take, and this is honest - Keep your workouts to an hour. Basically when everyone goes to the gym, they figure one hour. That's how long it should take...If you plan on it being any longer, tell her. If it's going to be shorter, tell her.
Anyway, I'm still taking double T-911 pre workout.

T-911: Yes, I likes. My strength is climbing steadily, but without my abnormal inclination toward mysterious lethargy that seems exclusive to my experience all the time, which is a big seller in my book.

What else does LGS have in relationship to T-911? Perhaps something I could take pre-T-911, then use T-911 as a post or run the two in conjunction?

I really could care less if my girlfriend works out. I do not want to be at the same gym... My girlfriend being lazy alleviates this problem.

I was considering it heavily last night when I took a bunch of Jose Cuervo Silver to knock myself out to sleep, but my PRIME concern, is that if anything went wrong, gynodramatically speaking, I'm not in a season of my life where'd I'd be able to spare the funds to correct it.

I don't normally drink, but my friend left this giant jug of Jose Cuervo from my friend's BBQ this weekend in my trunk and I brought it into my room so it doesn't get all warm.

I also happen to be a frustrated insomniac, so when I was starring at my ceiling and my eyes made it over to the Cuervo Silver, it was over :684:

Gyno should really be a non-issue with H-Drol. Always a faint possibility though.

Probably not. In all honesty, PRIME is about as good as I'd want anything to work, as far as strength goes and the risk trade off makes this the preferable option, but the only thing is PRIME is about 2 to 3 times for expensive then H-Drol (and I realize, in truth is probably not as effective).

It's the potential of anything going array. If I were single I'd so screw it, my life, my finances, but it's the whole "ours" thing now that makes me feel it's a selfish decision if I go through with it. It's cool though. I'm not really in NEED of it, it just sounds fun to me.
