Ok That is an idea as well... I will mess around with it and see what happens. I have just been using them together to make it easier, which regardless easier or not dont matter much at this point :lol:

Hey Teg, just reviewing your setup.

Why are you taking Cycle Assist? Question being - the recommended serving is 4 caps AM, 4 caps PM on a methyl cycle. Are you just taking it for overall health?

Cycle Assist can be useful on any ph cycle. While the liver toxicity risks are higher with a methyl cycle, there is alot more to Cycle Assist than just liver care.

Cycle Assist might be overkill. You could probably just pick up some Hawthorn Berry for BP... I don't think you'll need the liver protectant and the Saw Palmetto (hair) etc...

Not that the CA is a bad thing persay. Certainly wont hurt - but I know the stuff is expensive, and would likely be better served saving for a methyl cycle.

The Saw Palmetto would be more beneficial in this case for prostate support. It helping with hair loss is just a nice side.

Why Suppress C during cycle?

It also doesn't sound like a good product. Cortisol control is something you would want systematically, not locally according to the carrier per the bottle.

Suppress-C is normally saved for PCT.

The product is systemic. It is not localized and that was stated in the intro threads on it.

Not sure how you can say that it doesnt sound like a good product being that the BAET has good feedback, but poor oral bioavailability, so going the topical route makes it alot more beneficial. Hopefully that statement was made with the false assumption that it was localized.

The Suppress C would be better served at the back end of PCT right?

There are two schools of thought, adding in a cortisol suppression product at the beginning of PCT, or adding one in 2 weeks into PCT.


Ya thinking of using B12 in the morn/afternoon. I have the 100mcg tabs.

I use the methyl B12 at 5000 mcg once to twice per day. I dont really feel regular B12 at all.

I dont like the really jacked up Stim products myself. My favorite is Focus XT by SNS now that it has been re-released. There are some good reviews here and at bb.com on it in terms of taste and effectiveness. It doesnt jack you up, but makes you just feel better in general and be more clear headed.

Agree that Cycle Support is beneficial for any cycle, but you're also speaking with a vested interest. I still think its overkill when cost benefit is taken into account...

That being said, I do use the product - so I'm not being a hater by any stretch.

Eh, actually speak my mind pretty much regardless of interest. I dont blame you for doubting that, but anyone familiar with my posting history can pretty much attest to it. I have even been asked repeatedly why I always recomend Liver Assist XT over Cycle Assist in PCT because it is recomending away from our own product, but truthful answer is that while Cycle Assist offers good liver protection for on cycle purposes, Liver Assist offers protection and detox properties which I feel is ideal of PCT.

As for expense of Cycle Assist, it is available for 29.95, which is cheaper than most people would pay for any combination of effectively dosed ingredients that is in there. You are definately entitled to your opinion on it, but even for non methylated cycles, overall cycle protection is very important.

Teg was only going to half dose the CAssist, I recommended he either replace CA with a full dose of HB - for Blood Pressure support (which would be of the greatest concern here, in my opinion) - or actually committ to dosing Cycle Assist as per the bottles instructions (i.e. a full 8 pill dosage).

One i seen not to long ago 2guy doing preacher curls on the long flat bench doing it at the same time on the same bench. It looked really gay... Ive seen them there befor doing similer things????

I did miss the part where he said he was going to half dose it. Definately should be done at full dosage regardless.

Hey I wheel in place when trying relax and keep my heart rate descent. Is that acceptable? Wheeling is like a steady bouncing from one heel to another while rotating your feel a bit. Picked it up in wrestling in HS, and its just a way to not let the body start to go down.

I so have to do the philosophical approach. I would die if someone could talk to me about socrates in the gym.

So today was sucking at first, buuut still had lethargy till Leg Press's... But still very happy with the workout! Everything after squats felt strong and had some strong aggression goin on but a good mood feeling with it? Make sense??? Im glad to see weight going up already! I may have done a bit much today but i really started gettin in that groove!!! :lol:

Killer workout bro! Have you gotten ur BP checked recently? You can try and throw in a light dose of stims and work up depending on BP and how you are feeling overall.

Depends, but typically its whatever workout im doing, just at a light warmup weight 1or2sets.... Today was 95x15... Any other suggestions?

If you ever have knee pain or anything, I'd suggest a brisk walk or light jog before squats... 95 might be heavy if you're hitting it cold. Sometimes my buddy and I will do a couple sets with the bar only if we know its goin down big that day.

Ok.... Noted! I do just the bar on bench for 1or2sets...
 
I always get my ABs in before my leg and back days. On chest and shoulder days I warm up with rotator exercises. By the time for weights I am sweating and fired up.
 
Yeah chest or back i hang from a bar and just hold it for a bit. then do the same in front leaning back ward forward. Also do rotator excercises with a 5 lb weight. legs i just do some yoga and breathing excercises rub my legs down. seems to help i dont know what to do about the knee problem though. Im still trying to figure it out also.

Well i have a core day via TLs workout Better known as the Timber Split (He paid me to say that!) :lol:

And speaking of sweating, i was sweatin today... I dont sweat, well very often anywyas, but it was right after last 2sets of sqauts it started??? Hmmm A side perhaps? Guess we'll see????

Crohns has actually gotten better as well. Went to one of the regular support groups around here and a guy found the same study i did about Test./Viagra for it.... So who know maybe a connection??? :lol:


AMS reps or anyone??? I am thinking about dosing 1st dose 30min PRE wo dose 2nd dose that nite.... Say i dosed at 2pm lifted at 230, then took the 2nd dose at 930/10pm? Is that ok? or would it defeat the purpose?? My guess is no it wouldnt matter...... Suggestions???
 
Im late coming in your review here, but what was your body weight to start? Where is it now? Are you looking more for bulk in this cycle? i used the original ams stack, didnt do diddle for me ,but things can change. I did get lathargic tho and had to stim up to get motivated at times.

Starting BW= 157, now = 159.5. Yes on the Bulk, but gotta get stronger befor bulk comes to, so strength is part of the game. Sat. will be 1 week in!

i always take a dose of anything 30min pre workout.

i'm actually not terribly surprised that anabolics are helping your Crohns - anabolics helped me with a GI issue as well, though that's maybe not the greatest reason for taking an anabolic, consider it a welcome side effect :)

Anyways like TL mentioned just be careful on dosing too close to bed as it may stimulate your CNS and make it harder to fall asleep. Outside of that dosing at the same time of day is important so just try to stick too whatever you decide.

I tryed it at the same time the last 2days and the 2nd is around bed time and no probs, sooo its working! Strength is up along with WEIGHT :)

Sooooo yesterday, day wasnt the best "FEELING" day. That being i was constipated :lol: Make fun if you want, but i havnt had that feeling since i was a kid! Guess im eatting just a bit much rofl Sooo i didnt eat AS MUCH but still got down some good cals/protein! Felt Soild tho through workout and had no lethargy during! Dosed 30min pre and felt a lil tired about 2hrs after but nothing bad. Then one of my friends wanted to take me out to eat. Sooo she let me choose and i picked outback! Sooooo ya, the steak was what i was about there ;)

Sides- Lethargy and a Good Mood/Feeling!

Note- I noticed 4-ad is THICKER then 1andro!
