Rearranging my eating habits, I've settled on dropping to 6 meals daily now. Easier to construct my feeding portions that way, but I'll miss eating every 2-2.5hrs..
Breakfast this morning (fronted by AP):
2/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran (240cals, 42g carbs)
medium banana
1/2 scoop Isopure Isolate
1/2 TBS flax oil
5oz 96% lean beef
Roughly 550cals, largest feeding of day. 2750cals targeted consumption today..
Leg training on tap today..gotta run for now, while I still can.. :run:
