todays w/o routine.
neck-205 lbs.neck shrugs-4 sets of 20.(flat bar)
behind the back shrugs-225.lbs-4 sets of 10.(flat bar)
shoulders-175.lbs-4-sets of 10(military)
bi's-140.lbs.curls-4-sets of 10(curl bar)

wanted to work these bodyparts again..;)

grub-eggs,bacon,rice,toast
2)club sandwich,fries,mac salad,100 whey shake.
fried chicken,fries,ham and cheese sandwich..

day 4!update.

today was running day.so i took a jog/run on the beach,for about an hour half.applied the tren when i got home...lovely..

grub-bacon,eggs,rice,toast
1)beef stroganoff,rice,green salad,orange juice.
2)pork and peas,rice,mac salad.
tommorrow is rest day..!alright.:)
note:the 1 t-tren is really working fellas,siht you not,id say my cardio is a little better then it was without it..thank you all for the support and encouragement!..

I tried during BB curls slick and only got up to a 25 on each side for like 6. how the hell do you do 140 8 times.... thats nuts.

I can see where you could make some improvements in your diet. You'll make gains no matter what on cycle. Your make cleaner ones if you ate cleaner.

He's using a barbell. He's got curl bar in ( ) at the end there. Very few people can curl 140 in each hand. I give him props still, no doubt. That sh_t is heavy.

texas basically said he barbell curled 95 pounds 6 times....(25's on each side of BB)

slick said he curled 140 pounds however many times (45's +2.5's on each side of BB)
