todays w/o routine.
neck-205 lbs.neck shrugs-4 sets of 20.(flat bar)
behind the back shrugs-225.lbs-4 sets of 10.(flat bar)
shoulders-175.lbs-4-sets of 10(military)
bi's-140.lbs.curls-4-sets of 10(curl bar)
wanted to work these bodyparts again..
grub-eggs,bacon,rice,toast
2)club sandwich,fries,mac salad,100 whey shake.
fried chicken,fries,ham and cheese sandwich..
