todays w/o routine.
neck-205 lbs.neck shrugs-4 sets of 20.(flat bar)
behind the back shrugs-225.lbs-4 sets of 10.(flat bar)
shoulders-175.lbs-4-sets of 10(military)
bi's-140.lbs.curls-4-sets of 10(curl bar)

supps-5-pumps of the 1 t-tren,2-mega-man multi's,hawthorn berries,fish oils,amino's,100% whey shake.

will update food intake later!..and will post before pics later on today also.

note:1 t tren is almost odorless.pretty cool!..will be back later,after w/o!..today was a sick w/o..def. felt like doing more.;)

grub-breakfast-3-eggs,sausage,rice,o.j,100%whey shake.
lunch-4 pieces shoyu chicken,rice,salad,guava juice..
dinner-roast,rice.corn,peas..

what do you do for neck?

i've been looking for a neck workout. my highschool used to have one of those neck machine things and i built myself a good bull neck but they got rid of it and i've not done anything for it since.

It's been beautiful the entire week here, even got a little sun burn yesterday from playin a little b-ball after the gym.

Maybe slick will invite us to Hawaii so we can lay in hammocks attacked to palm trees on the beach and sip on tropical drinks... after the gym though ;)

Don't know what you looked like before this pic, Bobby. But I'm sure you'll be doing everything possible to gain that mass.

I know I'll be working my arse off to try and gain back the muscle I've lost over the last 7.5 weeks :frustrate :mad:

Crader, that is the best part about this whole AM site I think everyone in here cares for the well being of everyone trying to reach certain goals everyone is like a huge family....Your advice is great....:flowers1:

when i went there i was on the big island, my mom was on a business trip so i wondered around the island for 2 weeks...I met a lot of really nice people...and had fantastic coffee :D
