day 1!(update)
todays w/o routine.
neck-205 lbs.neck shrugs-4 sets of 20.(flat bar)
behind the back shrugs-225.lbs-4 sets of 10.(flat bar)
shoulders-175.lbs-4-sets of 10(military)
bi's-140.lbs.curls-4-sets of 10(curl bar)
supps-5-pumps of the 1 t-tren,2-mega-man multi's,hawthorn berries,fish oils,amino's,100% whey shake.
will update food intake later!..and will post before pics later on today also.
note:1 t tren is almost odorless.pretty cool!..will be back later,after w/o!..today was a sick w/o..def. felt like doing more.
grub-breakfast-3-eggs,sausage,rice,o.j,100%whey shake.
lunch-4 pieces shoyu chicken,rice,salad,guava juice..
dinner-roast,rice.corn,peas..
