Easy, why not just eat and grow? It seems as if this new DS is causing some extreme lethargy; wonder if it's because their not eating enough.

Also, I bought a weight gainer today...I throw up the info on it in a min.

The lethargy is actually only bad at all if you dose more than you should :D at 3 caps i dont get any, at 4 caps i'm ready to go to sleep in the late afternoon...

But i am adding some extra cals, no point in starving myself :D

Cals - 540
+ 10g creatine, glutamine, ribose and high Amino acid profile

Day 2 - Weight 172 (+0)

No weight change yet. But I am experiencing a few things.

1. Mood - Im feeling good. Alpha mentality is in effect. I kinda feel like Im on super. Aggression is VERY high! Road rage is just outa control today! Its all good tho. I can channel that ish in the gym! :rant:

2. Very vascular! Veins everywhere! Im pumped and hard all over! Im sure the hardness is all the Prime tho. Who knows. My girl also commented in the shower this morning :hump: that my legs look bigger. And she's right. They look significantly bigger than just yesterday! I dont know what to think here.

3. Libido - I banged my girl 4.5 times last night. Her damn sister interrupted us. And this was all within a 2 hr time frame lol

My plan was to do chest/bis tomorrow morning but my schedule just opened up for 3 hours after work. So Im thinking this is the perfect opportunity to work out and do back/tris tomorrow. Lets rock this shiz!!:saw:
 
Also, I had a small envelope with a sample of Drive and RPM waiting for me when I got to work today :think:. Wonder why?

haha true...thanks a lot man. Very cool of you. Looks like I have 3 samples of Drive now making it 15 caps total. I'll have to incorporate it into pct. :D
 
a weeeeee bit. i think its the combination of 3 factors - high binding affinity to the AR (so the testosterone has nowhere to go), lowering of SHBG so there is more free test, and minimal suppression

Dont know why but I woke up about 2 hours pre w/o - maybe out of excitement. So I thought it was the perfect chance to pop 3 caps TO. Laid back down and fell back asleep. Woke up 1.5 hours later and took 2 caps Meltdown. I did notice when I woke up I was a tad "jittery", like I did get somewhat of a stim effect from the TO. I did wake up very well rested. Which is great considering I took 2 caps lean dreams last night to help me sleep - I was just soo excited about getting started today. I had a great workout! Dont think TO had much to do with it - not enough time to kick in yet. But numbers did go up on all exercises - reps and weights. Yesterday was my last day with Prime until TO is done with...

2 hr pre w/o: 3 caps TO
30 mins pre w/o: 2 caps Meltdown

Pre - intra w/o elixar: 1 scoop Intra aid, 1 scoop Vassive-ea8, 4g BA, 70g slow carbs = totaling 80g carbs. Im thinking Ill up the carbs as I go with TO

...Excited to see what happens on day 3 of TO!...

Watching what happens. Should be an interesting time for you. And yeah, you'll gain, no doubts about that!

Day 3 - 173 (+1lb)

So Im up 1lb - and this is first thing in the morning after a poo and pee! Strength was up! Was feeling very good. Was a little discouraged when I didnt move up 5lbs on the final set of the first exercise but realized how everything else went up and really started feeling good! Fatigue was almost non-existent. Except on the higher rep range stuff. But half way through the workout, my body was so warmed up and pumped, fatigue was just not there! Like I said I was/am pumped! Ill let the pics speak for themselves.

Pre w/o supps - same (except TO was taken 3 hours pre w/o)
Intra w/o supps - same + an extra scoop of Intra aid

The w/o: Was brutalz!
1. Decline db press - 55x8, 65/55 (L/R) x 8, 75/65x6 (+3 reps)
2. Standing alt/sup db curls - 35x8, 60x6 (+2 reps), 55x10 (+2 reps), 50x10 (+2 reps)
3. Medium incline db press - I did this exercise first last chest w/o. So keep that in mind. 55x8 (+5lbs), 65x8 (+5lbs), 70x4 (-1 rep)
4. Decline db flys - 55/45, 60/55x6, dropped weight down to 55x6 (no change here :()
5. Rope P/L preacher curls - 75x8 (+5lbs), 85x8 (same), 95x6 (+5lbs)
6. Wide iso press - these presses seem to be where I shine the most. Makes me think my stabilizers need some work. 110x8, 140x8, 200x8, 240x7. Havent done this one in a long time but I know strength is up. Since I got 230 on decline iso press last time and Ive always had higher numbers on decline iso.
7. P/L preacher curls - 95x8 (+10lbs), 105x6 (+5lbs), 100x6 - guess I was movn too fast in between exercises. Not enough time to rest. I got 115x6 last time :(
8. Db pullovers - 60x8 (+5lbs), 70x8 (+5lbs), 80x5 (-2 reps)
9. Bentover db concentration curls - 50x10 (+4 reps!), 50x6, 45x10 (+3 reps)
10. Seated lateral raises - for shits and giggles. The glories of being "on" :rolleyes:. Did 3 sets of 15's for 16 reps just for a pump.
11. Cable crossovers - was feeling strong on these! 5x10, 6x10, 7x10, 8x8 (I believe this is a PR!)

Maybe bloated? I do see a difference in the ab area.. are you stronger in your left arm Met? never seen anyone lift with two different DB's, Id hurt myself doing that, lol hahahahahaha probably fall off the bench:) Wanna see you get Hulk Huuuuuuuuuuuge brotha!
 
glad to see you starting to put on weight! I am having a competition with my dad when we get back from our trip. I am running 1-T and he is running "The One".
 
I still have yet to see anyone at end of 7 days at less than 5lbs up. crazy stuff. It was hard to believe in initial testing.

From all boards that I have seen people running The One, the average weight gain for users at the 7 day mark is (4.52lbs); users at the 5 day mark is (3.11lbs). I have too much time right now. :D
