Had a good shoulder workout today. Coulda been better had I taken today off. Im going to be taking a rest day before shoulder day from now. My presses were just depressing. Even though reps went up lol..Im getting greedy:sgrin:. It could also have something to do with the fact I took 2 Lean dreams last night to help me get to sleep:dunno:. Still I was able to get out more reps on all weights. And I was soooo lethargic this morning!!:684:

1. Seated db press - 45x8, 55x8 (up 2 reps), 60x like half a fukcing rep! :frustrate my shoulders were just so fatigued and I dont know why, dropped down to 55 for another 6 reps.
2. 1 arm lateral raises - 25x12, 35x16, 40x16, 45x14 (up 2 reps)..I was so sore up until I got to the 40s. The lighter weights just fatigue me much more

3. I did 2 sets of upright external rotation after the first and second set of the above exercise with 10's for 10 reps
4. 1 arm bentover laterals with other arm on back of seat - 35x16 (up 4 reps), 45x16 (up 4 reps), 55x14 (up 2 reps)
5. Ez bar upright rows - 50x12, 60x12, 70x12 - I used to do 110 on this

...my wrist doesnt like this exercise unless its on a cable. So I will do this on a cable for a while.
