yes half an inch in 3 weeks is a lot...esp for me...Ive been stuck at 14.25 for so long

As for the one, its supposed to be very mild. I mean look at the pct it suggests. I also will be doing a low dose. If I see sides of shutdown, I will be cutting it short. I was assured shutdown was very minimal. I will also be taking 1-c throughout the cycle. I think this will assist in keeping my libido, sleep in check and keeping me from getting too shutdown.
 
I thought it was interesting Texas wouldn't run it and he is a rep for them. But, I do wish you luck sir! And, you can bet I'll tag along for the ride!

Strengths up!! I got my dad a membership today and we worked together. Talk about an ego boost! Hes 300 lbs and looks strong as sh2t and I still out benched him!

Pre and intra w/o supps - same
The w/o:
1. Medium incline db press - up 5lbs for reps! 50x8, 65x8, 70x5
2. Medium incline db flys - 40x8, 50x8, 60x6
3. Decline db press - Up 5lbs! 55/45x8, 65/55x8, 75/65x3.5
4. Decline iso press - last time I ended on 225x4. Today I ended on 230 for 6.5 reps! WOoooOOTT!!
5. Db pullovers - 55x8, 65x8, 75x8, 80x7 :woohoo:

Was a great workout and my dad was spent!! Its very motivating to see my pops pushn himself! Were workin Back/tris on Monday!!

Had a very nas Arm/ham workout! Strength up...of course :rolleyes:

Pre w/o: 3 meltdown, 3 prime, 1 scoop Green mag (sample) - fukcing yuuuummmyy!!

Pre/intra w/o: forgot the BA, 1.5 scoop Intra aid, 40g slow carbs

The w/o:
1. Seated ham curls - 90x8, 110x8, 130x8, 140x6
2. SLDL - hams were sooo sore so weight was the same as last time but up 2 reps on all sets, except the last - 135x8, 225x8, 275x8, 315x6 (barely)
3. High incline alt/sup curls - up 5lbs! 30x8, 60x4, 55x8, 50x8, 45x8
4. Ez bar cg press - 60x8, 80x8, 100x8, 120x8, no rest 120x5 I believe this is a 10lb increase!
5. Ez bar curls - 60x8, 80x8, 90x8, 100x6 I believe this is a 10lb increase!
6. superset w/Pushdowns - since I was at the gym near my work the numbers were different and had to figure this one out. - 35x8 no rest, 50x8, 65x8, 80x8, 95x6
7. P/L preacher curls - up 10lbs! 95x8, 105x8, 115x6
8. superset w/Kickbacks - 25x8, 30x8, then 3 sets of 30x8 with no rest; will up to 35s next time
Post w/o: 4 caps Slin (last of the bottle); lotsa munchies!

Not crazy about this pic as I dont think it shows the size Ive put on but :dunno: oh and current wait is on 171..gotta eat more!!

Im kinda pissed. Texas told me the sale on the The One and 2nd gear was only gonna last until monday...then it shows up at NP today?! Sh1t! I couldve saved 10 fukcing dollars on shipping!

Ive come to the realization with the help of an AM member that the major gains come in the first 2 weeks (at .75lb gain/day). So my plan is to run it at 2.5 weeks, run the 2nd gear for 2 weeks. Save the rest for another time :D

Yes, things will be re-arranged while I am on The One. Once this bottle of Prime is finished up (bout a week and half +/-), I will start up The One. I wont be taking my next Prime bottle until PCT starts. Same with the Neovar. I will be using up the rest of my Intra aid until its gone. And I use vassive daily at 1 scoop throughout the day. I will line everything up when it comes close to taking it.

edit: Oh and I will continue to use BA.

No Im finishing the Prime until its gone. Starting it again in PCT.

Any changes to diet or training?

For T.O.? It will be what Ive been doing for the last 3 weeks on prime. Ive gone from a 1 on/1 off routine to a 4-5 on/1-2 off routine. For the 2 weeks and 4 days I weeks I am on T.O. I will only have 3 rest days total within that time. When PCT starts up I will add in an extra day of rest per week.

Had an awesome back workout! Strength continues to climb! My weight dropped a pound! :frustrate My guess is its because Ive been doing more days on than usual. So my metabolism is up. So I will be upping cals even more :yawn: Its so damn tiring. Im eating sooo much (almost 4k/day). This morning I added in an extra 20g slow carbs to my intra drink. Also last night I dropped 1.8g 1-c into a low carb protein drink before bed. Had the wildest dreams! Involved kicken ass! Being a super hero! Multiple fukcs! My kinda dream! Plus I woke up with a hard on lol. Sorry to gross you guys out but this is what happens on 1-c. I feel its necessary to let you guys no all the effects.

Pre w/o - 2 meltdown (shoulda taken 3. Im wiped!), 3 prime
Pre/intra w/o - 1.5 scoop Intra aid, 60g slow carbs, 5g BA = total 75g carbs
The w/o:
1. Viking grip iso pulldowns - up 20lbs!!!:fingersx: Not just that I did a viking grip! Which means had I stayed underhand it woulda been much more! 150x8, 210x8, 240x8, 260x5 omg what pain! :smite:
2. Front pulldowns - considering I did this exercise first last time, strength is up since I got the same reps/weight on this. 135x8, 150x8, 175x6, little rest 165x5
3. 1 arm db rows - I also did this exercise first last time I did it. With that in mind I STILL went up significantly in weight! Up 10lbs!! And coulda done more!! 80x8, 100x8, 110x8, 120x7 :dead: This was so phucking brutalz!! Also, my PR on this exercise is 125x5. So these are rep PRs!
4. Underhand/cg pulldowns - OMG my lats were soooo sore! My reps were so slow and controlled. I had no choice my lats were burning so bad!! I loved it!! 145x8, 155x8, 175x6

No, I dont NEED to...but I WANT to :D hehe...keep in mind Im up about 2%bf as well. Itll only be for 2.5 weeks. So we'll see how it goes. I wouldnt mind being 185. Once I do get over 180 tho. Im gonna recomp again. Not anywhere near as crazy as I did recently but I will be a lean 180.
 
Just counted my Prime. I have 3 days left if I do 8 caps/day. A little more than 2 days if I do 9/day. Im goin with 8/day. So I will be starting TO sooner than expected :D

My plan -
3 days from now:
- 3 caps upon waking TO - Ive heard this has a stim effect. Im gonna wait 30 mins and if I dont feel enough energy Ill take some Meltdown
- 30 mins pre w/o Ill take 1-2 cap Neovar, 2-3 meltodown (maybe), and 3 T.O.
- 15 mins pre w/o - Ill start sipping on my elixar and continue to drink it until its gone (intra)
- My "while ON" elixar will have added carbs/bcaas and will look like this: 1-1.5 scoop Intra aid (until its gone), 1 scoop Vassive, 4g BA (will keep BA at 4g until TO is done), 80g total carbs
- Post w/o: 6-7 caps Neovar (not exceeding 8 caps/day while "on")
- My workouts will be in the 6-12 rep range, 20-25 for traps/calves. As I mentioned above I will be taking minimal days off to get what I can out of this 2.5 week run. When PCT starts I will slow down a tad on training but I will def rest more. I will continue to eat big for about a month post-pct. Then start work on a recomp again (not a cut - a recomp).
- I will be eating about every 2 hours. Sometimes every 1.5 hours. Im eating almost 4k now and will have to eat more to get the most out of this. I will be getting a mass gainer for my days "on" and into pct.
- Other supps I will be using while "on": 1tbs Coconut oil/1.8g 1-c before bed in low carb protein shake, and Adam multi-v

For PCT:
- I will up my Neovar to 10 caps/day, then 12
- Meltdown the same
- 2nd gear at its prescribed dose
- same dose for 1-c, Ill up it if Libido is actin funny
- Prime babeh!! Start off at 6 caps/day for wk 1, 2; 8 caps/day for wk 3 and 4
- up BA to 6g/day, then 8g
- Ill drop the carbs down to 70g intra w/o; cals will remain high and will slowly ramp down
- increase BCAAs +10g or more if I feel like it

I think I covered everything. Lets see what TO can do! Hope its not all Glycogen gains!! :dead:
 
Yessir..thats what they reccomend. To clarify I workout first thing in the morning.
 
Ill say it again...Im glad things are goin well for you man. You dont seem so stressed out in your post. At least to me, you sound better. Whats your weight at now?
 
Meh. 177 is better. :p - I'd like to be a solid 180 lbs by the end of the cycle...but I'd settle for 178 lbs + recomp. :) - I'm not eating a ton, so I can't expect to gain a WHOLE lot.

I'm really watching the logs with it, however, the ones that the loggers are on Day 3 and 4 and are claiming that they've never felt better in their life makes me think that they would respond to sugar pills that are labeled Testosterone. Cerebral-Placebodrol is a b*tch!

I bet that would be a huge seller. It would obviously be a Bulgarian Tribulus product...$73/bottle sounds about right.
