It is uncomfortable..you just have to get into the groove of em...just like squats.
Had a very nas Arm/ham workout! Strength up...of course
Pre w/o: 3 meltdown, 3 prime, 1 scoop Green mag (sample) - fukcing yuuuummmyy!!
Pre/intra w/o: forgot the BA, 1.5 scoop Intra aid, 40g slow carbs
The w/o:
1. Seated ham curls - 90x8, 110x8, 130x8, 140x6
2. SLDL - hams were sooo sore so weight was the same as last time but up 2 reps on all sets, except the last - 135x8, 225x8, 275x8, 315x6 (barely)
3. High incline alt/sup curls - up 5lbs! 30x8, 60x4, 55x8, 50x8, 45x8
4. Ez bar cg press - 60x8, 80x8, 100x8, 120x8, no rest 120x5 I believe this is a 10lb increase!
5. Ez bar curls - 60x8, 80x8, 90x8, 100x6 I believe this is a 10lb increase!
6. superset w/Pushdowns - since I was at the gym near my work the numbers were different and had to figure this one out. - 35x8 no rest, 50x8, 65x8, 80x8, 95x6
7. P/L preacher curls - up 10lbs! 95x8, 105x8, 115x6
8. superset w/Kickbacks - 25x8, 30x8, then 3 sets of 30x8 with no rest; will up to 35s next time
Post w/o: 4 caps Slin (last of the bottle); lotsa munchies!
