I bet that would be a huge seller. It would obviously be a Bulgarian Tribulus product...$73/bottle sounds about right.

I tried with 275 to get out 10 reps but I was way too tired. I would have gotten the last 4 if I hadn't been working all day. Next time buddy.... next time.

Somebody show me what a freaking Widowmaker is! Everyone always talks about them, but I have no clue what they are, and all the videos on YT are just people doing Squats or Deads.

Met, you eat a lot dude are you an ecto? Man I'd hate to have to eat that much. Then again, it does mean you don't have to watch your diet as much as I do.
 
Widowmakers are when you do a 20 rep set with weight that you would normally do about 10-12 reps with. You basically rest pause the rest of the set until you hit 20...then die a little

Merge, Im not familiar with the ecto-meso-endo stuff. But my eating like crazy and not getting super fat has mostly to do with good supps and daily, intense training. If I was eating the way I am now with my old routine Id be much fatter. The meltdown is doing a great job at keep fat gain minimal during this bulk. The Prime is doing a good job as a nutrient repartitioner too. Its also pretty damn difficult for me to loose fat. I can do it. But it IS difficult for me. And I can recomp (build muscle/strength and loose fat) at about 150g carbs/day. So with all that being said, what am I? Endo? Meso? Ecto?
 
Not sure, but I'm an endo through and through. I can maintain around 2200 gain at 2400-2600 and cut around 2000. I could get 4k with a lot of donk foods, but not with clean quality foods.

Had a good shoulder workout today. Coulda been better had I taken today off. Im going to be taking a rest day before shoulder day from now. My presses were just depressing. Even though reps went up lol..Im getting greedy:sgrin:. It could also have something to do with the fact I took 2 Lean dreams last night to help me get to sleep:dunno:. Still I was able to get out more reps on all weights. And I was soooo lethargic this morning!!:684:

1. Seated db press - 45x8, 55x8 (up 2 reps), 60x like half a fukcing rep! :frustrate my shoulders were just so fatigued and I dont know why, dropped down to 55 for another 6 reps.
2. 1 arm lateral raises - 25x12, 35x16, 40x16, 45x14 (up 2 reps)..I was so sore up until I got to the 40s. The lighter weights just fatigue me much more :omfg:
3. I did 2 sets of upright external rotation after the first and second set of the above exercise with 10's for 10 reps
4. 1 arm bentover laterals with other arm on back of seat - 35x16 (up 4 reps), 45x16 (up 4 reps), 55x14 (up 2 reps)
5. Ez bar upright rows - 50x12, 60x12, 70x12 - I used to do 110 on this :(...my wrist doesnt like this exercise unless its on a cable. So I will do this on a cable for a while.

And that was it :bye::burnout:
 
Just realized its only been 3 days since I worked chest...no wonder the presses werent more impressive....shame on me:28:
 
Dude, sounds like my morning. Lifts sucked...I attribute it to lack of rest for the auxiliary muscles. Squats were horrible, but only because of my sore lower-back...DB Presses sucked for whatever reason, too...

Just a bad Tuesday for us in the gym it sounds like.

edit: I just read your entire post...Reps were UP and you're still complaining?!! Sounds like me when I play poker for a few hours and only make one BI. :lol: - We're greedy people.

just got back from a little AM training and cardio session. Time to shower and eat up then off to work.

the requirements of today were 6 upperbody lifts and 4 lowerbody lifts and 20 min cardio for class....
so I did....
lat pulldowns
12 reps
cable rows
12 reps
Nautilus pullovers
12 reps
lat raises
12 reps
shoulder press
15 reps
Bench Press
135 x 10
Hip abduction and the reverse
10 reps each

20 minutes on the bike for about 5 miles.
 
Thinking things over. I realized both TO and Neovar activate glut-4. So I PMed RMS about it. And he said the both work great together. But to do 4 caps, not 8/day. So my Neovar will be cut down to 4/day.

Also, I will be including taurine into this to aid in back pumps. Im thinkin around 4g/day.

I like the class for these reasons....
1. they make me do cardio and I hate cardio
2. i have to be there so its a reason to wake up before noon on atleast 2 days of the week.
3. there are plenty of ladies in the class.

I pick nice and easy weights and just rep them out. No reason to foul up my workout later in the day so I just keep it light. I normally use the weights I would use for my first warmup set on regular days

Neovar FINALLY came in!! After waiting 7 damn days for it! I hate fedex! Popped 3 caps post w/o with about 60g protein/80g carbs/40g fat :food:

How do you feel after it? I've never taken Neovar, but it sounds like good stuff...I wish I picked some up during the New Years sale.

Its great! Neovar is one of my favorite bulkers out there. I think neo is best used for a bulk and cre02 for a cut/recomp. It works very fast for me. It makes me more vascular, gives me great pumps, strength does go up, and it does seem to blunt fatigue. Now I never knew if it was because of something in Neo making me feel this way, or what neo had done for my body that gave me a sense of alpha male mentality...but I had it.

Weight was 171 this morning.

So far, the most acclaimed movie by word of mouth that I've been hearing about is TAKEN. Not yet seen it, but I'm hearing a lot of my friends rave about it.
