The only time I've found it beneficial is when you're nearing the end of the set, and you have no other option for your last couple of reps...When you start out a set with a huge swinging motion, I don't think that's good at all. I do most everything with a very slow and controlled movement.

LEG EXTENSIONS: {triple drop set}
210 X 14, drop 160 X 11, drop 120 X 12.
We're talking severe pain now!! Intensity and aggression is sky-high this morning!!
LYING LEG EXTENSIONS: Free Weights: {rest-pause} 150 X 14-2-2 = 18 total reps!! My shizz has kicked in full-force now!!
MACHINE SQUATS: 420 X 10!! PR on this machine!!
I felt like a powerlifter once again!! ha ha Even used a wide stance.
BARBELL HACK SQUATS: {drop set} 325 x 10. So heavy. drop 255 X 8. The first set took so much outta me! Used a close stance on these with my heels elevated up on 2 10 lb. plates. Felt these in the tear-drops!!
SEATED HORIZONTAL LEG PRESSES: {rest-pauses from Hel}
410 X 20-15-10-5 = 50 total reps!!!
Up 10 lbs. from last week, but felt like a freakin ton!!
You guys have got to try some of these 50 rep leg presses!! Makes widowmakers feel like Pilates/aeorbics!!

HAMSTRINGS

STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 375 X 11 (up 1 rep, finally). 325 X 14. Sweet and sadistic.
STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: {rest-pause} 120 X 9-3 = 12 reps. 10 second rest and then dropped to 90 X 16 with a static hold on the last rep!!
LYING LEG CURLS: Free weights: {rest-pause} 150 X 8-2-1 = 11 reps with a static hold on the last rep. Excruciating stuff going on now!! Taking full advantage of being on gear!!

CALVES

SEATED MACHINE CALF RAISES: 310 X 18. 310 X 17. Burn those muthas down!! :smite:
SEATED FREE WEIGHT CALF RAISES: 185 X 36 reps!!! Oh Hel this was some wicked fun!!

Day 10 and my gear is in full swing now!! I'm ON boyeez!!! :saevilw:

I'm on day 7 and I hear my train comin round the ben as well. One reason why I'm off today is so I can hit it 2Morrow and be off for superbowl! I hate takin 2 days off in a row, especially when ON! Good job TG! Um jacked right now thinkin about some metallica or pantera hittin the gym!

Yeah, I had to bail in my power rack on my second widow maker the other day... little embarrassing, but better than having it crush your neck / skull. :hump:

Sorry TG, but I'm gonna have to side w/ Mango on this one. The Cards defense has stepped it up bigtime in post season, and the Steelers offense hasn't been the unit winning the games to begin with...PLUS Hines is gonna be playing through injury.

The Cards, on the other hand, have their full offensive unit ready to roll, including 'Quan. And let's not forget this is not Kurt Warner's first rodeo. I think they're gonna hit them hard.

I would love to side with you guys on the Cards side but that Steelers D is one mean machine. They haven't let anyone do anything all year. But Warner is a crafty vet, but an OLD vet so we'll see what he can do against that pass rush.

I just hope it is a game not a Steeler drubbing where they are up by 17 and just blitz all day because the Cards have to pass to catch up. Can't win that way against them.

The Cards need to get out quick and force the Steelers offense, which is not that great, beat them. Get Turdburlger out there running around and throwing into coverage and then see what their D can do.

I am betting the Steelers but am really hoping the Cards will win. It will be worth the lost $$ to be able to talk $hit to my idiot friend who is the biggest biased Steelers homer ever. I may just be a bit richer though.

CYCLE DAY 11

CARDIO UPDATE

Yesterday Evening: 1 hour walk.

This Morning: 25 minutes of HIIT Cardio: 20 intervals of 30/30 seconds rotating intensities between high intensity and moderate intensity.

Nice sweat rolling off the Thundergod this morning. My muscles gleaming through the beads of toil. Nice roundness and fullness already going on. Vascularity is improving even with the increased calories I'm taking in now.
Although these extra calories are from protein and healthy fats sources. No increase in carbs. I get enough carbs. I get them mainly from oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and some whole grains.
I eat miniscule amounts of asparagus or broccili from time to time. I don't really have a taste for these.
Now fruits are a different story. I love bananas and apples.

I'm up 6 lbs. from only 14 days ago when I increased my protein intake significantly. I'm in a positive state of nitrogen retention now. I'm also in a very highly anabolic state.
I'm growing and getting stronger here people.

I third the motion. I don't know what the hell she's trying to accomplish, but she is SUPER hot.
