315 was too heavy for widowmakers on the way down. I actually chucked in my mouth on rep #8, swallowed, then muscle failure occured at 10. Still got in a regular widow however. :)

Day 4

Workout: Chest

Flat bench DB Press:
1st: 90lb 9reps
2nd: 95lb 6reps
3rd: 100lb 4reps

Incline bench press:
1st: 185lb 10reps
2nd: 205lb 8reps
3rd: 225lb 6reps

Decline bench press: I was really amazed with how much weight I put up, because my lower chest is way weak!
1st: 195lb 10reps
2nd: 205lb 9reps
3rd: 215lb 8reps

Peck deck Fly’s: I blew Peck deck fly’s out of the water! New PR biznatch
1st: 150lb 10reps
2nd: 160lb 8reps

Overview: Today was a pretty crazy day! I had a great time out on the beach then went to the gym. While in the gym there was this girl that was totally watching me. My dad was not at the gym with me this day and she saw I needed a spot. So she came running over to help me with my last rep on 100lb dbs. She didn’t help much lol. She was really skinny, I think it was more like I didn’t want to look like a wimp so I pushed it up hard! Long story short, she and I went to the clubs that night and had a little fun.

Rating and Review:

Stim effect/energy: The energy to day was drastically different! I felt a little light headed. I had a bunch of energy when I was done with the workout I felt like I could still go for a more. Instead of having a steady amount of energy, I felt like it just kept climbing.

Pump: Chest and tri’s were really pumped! This really showed me that the pump had kicked in! I did the titty dance all day long. My pecks looked like pillows, and my friend anna thought the titty dance was the coolest. I feel like I am writing a diary…lol

Vascularity: OK, veinage was sick today. I noticed the vein in my chest that my dad had been talking about! Instead of my dad seeing it only when I was lifting I could full see it in the mirror when flexing! Forearm veins were cool as always!

Strength: Strength has stayed consistent till today. My chest felt really strong. I hit a new PR on peck deck fly’s. I also had lost some strength and had been struggling with my 100lb DB’s, but today I was back up to where I had left off right after my last little week of hulking experience.

Endurance: Endurance was up a good amount. Not as great as the last few days. I felt like I could usually get one extra rep out. In curtain situations I felt like my muscles really burnt and I just didn’t want to go anymore, but I pushed through.

Who's judging?? I take my son to his highschool and wonder where the heck were these sweeties when I was there.
They've changed since our high-school days, haven't they??!! They didn't have those huge titties back in our day....well, not all of them. The few pregnant ones had big boobs! LOL

Considering the huge volume here, some good numbers, looks like a hard workout bro, your endurance must be off the hook? Interesting all products with reservitrol or however its spelt, seem to increase vascularity. Anabolic edge, the product by i-force, has to be a link...

Stim effect/energy: The stim effect today was strong today. My hands were shaking from the energy. I think it was good though, I say this because I don’t think I would have been able to finish my widow makers without that energy.

Pump: Pump was good today. I felt my calves cramp up a few times. This really showed me that the stuff is pumping me up! It is usually hard to tell with legs, the way I knew is when I tried on my tight jeans and the would not go around my legs!

Vascularity: Veinage was as cool as always in my forearms. I noticed nothing in my legs, except the vein that runs in my hip flexor was huge.

Strength: Strength was great. I busted out 340lb like I was back on the hulkdrol. Then busted out the widows hard and fast. I stayed high on all the weights! It was easy!

Endurance: Endurance saved me today! I was able to bust out all those widows without stopping! I didn’t have to take a break at all. I would have thought doing all those workouts before and then going on to widows I would need a fatty break at rep # 8, but I didn’t even feel like I needed to push through. I just did it!

Recovery: Recovery was intense! I never felt sore the day after. The second day after I was a little sore, but not much for how hard I hit the weight!
