Cocktail is a secret. ha ha I cycle my stims to avoid the tolerance build-up.......to a degree. And I'm constantly switching up my ingredients. Tricks of the trade. :lol:

Poundages are moving up on this my 3rd DC type blast cycle. Intense effort exerted on these 2 sets. Triceps were blown up after these.

Very isolated movement. I can feel these deep down in the muscle fibers. Sweet pain! :rant:

DB Kickbacks: 40's X 15

The rope pushdowns felt heavy as Hel this morning. Maybe the prior sets took their toll. I had to dig deep. But I love doing that!!

Same here, looking at those measurements is like looking in a mirror almost, except my waist is a little larger and my calves are a miniscule 16.5" :(

I bet TG's weights have an inferiority complex. Can you imagine the abuse when TG yells at you and bitch slaps you all day? I almost feel sorry for them poor things.
