Please... I don't f*ck around... :whip:

  • 6 Whole Large Eggs
  • 1.5 Cups Natural Peanut Butter
  • 14 Scoops Mint Chocolate Whey
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 4 Cups Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 12 packets Equal Sweetner

Mix all up except Oats till smooth. Add Soy Milk until you have a thin pudding consistancy.

Oats should be toasted in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes.

Coat a glass bake pan with some Pam spray. Start with a thin layer of toasted oats - then pour on wet stuff - then more oats - then the remaining wet stuff... run a butter knife through the batter to distribute.

Bake at 350 for approximately 20 to 23 minutes. Let cool. When you turn over the pan, the bars should fall right out. Slice up and bag em. Store in fridge. These things are off the chain. I cut this into 12 to 16 bars...

Depending on bar size - you're pushing 35 to 40 grams of protein - some good fats - good carbs... cant beat it.

Day 1 - Back Day

Interesting workout... I had an instant bout of depression when I found that pullups were NOT easy at all. I usually fire off 12 to 15 on the first set and 10 on the second. It was a struggle... But then some stuff today felt great like my Bent Row.. unfortunately, that tired out my lower back to the point where my heavy set of deadlifts just wouldn't budge... So, I guess I'm a little dissapointed - not because I think the compound is active, but just because I wanted that hot sh*t placebo workout... :frustrate

I just THUNDER dosed my cycle support... bad move. :lol:

You need to say phuck that and start taking Cycle Assist. It is capped, and at 240 caps you can almost complete 2 3 week cycles with 10 days of pre-loading. Not to mention it is cost effective and doesn't taste like stale a$$.

At full dose it has 2 servings a day for 30 days. 2 Servings are a "standard" support dosage. CS and CA last the same amount of time. CA is simply capped and cheaper. You could get Life Support by AI, but once again CA is cheaper.
 
IMO, cycle assist does NOT taste better than cycle support. In fact, smelling them, cycle assist is by far closer to the 'ass' smell. The difference is that cycle support leaves an after taste by leaving powder in your mouth. Cycle assist tastes like spunk but goes down and is gone. I'm using both of them right now ;)

Dude, I get that... but I'm not going to just chuck a perfectly good can of Cycle Support... I had enough for the 3 week cycle left over from H-Drol. Preloading CS or CA is a complete waste of money though... MT and HB is sufficient for everything you've ran thus far.

LOL ya I have to use the PB flavored one and put it in a shake with a TON of real PB to mask the flavor.... but it still stays kinda in lil powder balls that blow up in your mouth sometimes... not tasty.

for the cost and quality of product you get I would go with AN's CS over all the others anytime, taste aside, I dont take it for the taste and if so then 1000 caps are only a couple bucks.

I've gotten used to it - particularly mixing it in with my fiber and just chugging...

I was telling Money the other night. I missed CS, because it tastes like I'm on a cycle. :lol: Small price to pay.

Felt pretty damn good today. To be honest, chest was pretty dead after the first 2 exercises. Managed to hit a new incline PR, and I feel if decline was first - I could have hit one there as well. Skipped cardio today to rest up my legs for leg day tomorrow.

A few subtle things. I feel like my body kinda goes a little nuts when I shove down the carbs... I pigged out like a motherf*cker last night before bed and woke up really lean.

My first two chest exercises today felt like I had a little help - but who knows if that's MDrol or me just having a good day.
 
How are those weighins? For me the first few days the weigh ins were ridiculous, anyone watching me weigh in would know i was on something.

Sounds good dude, We'll get you belted up and put some wraps on... You'll get it. There is no sound more appealing to me than the sound that the 8 plates make when they come crashing to the ground after I pick that 405 up. It usually makes the whole gym look up... :twisted:

Brea, Diamond Bar, Corona, Montecedo, and just east of Chino Hills. The total loss of homes are well into the hundreds at this point and many of the fires are still at 0% containment.
