TimberLakers M-Drol Massacre

Im up in a town called lancaster in the antelope valley, bout an hour north of LA and 3-5 north of San diego (depending on how fast you drive, LOL.

Ya man Ive been seeing all the news.... looks horrible... dunno how these started! these fires arent like most that are in semi rural areas on the outskirts of towns it seems... its going right through some of the towns right?

Wonder who the hell started all these cause this for sure was arson.

Lol, I've got family in your area! I was thinking this was arson also! 3(?) separate fires in one day? Somethings up

Yeah, these fires are in the heart of big cities. You know its bad when "MANSIONS" are getting burned down. The fire department can usually stop the fire before it gets to those type of neighborhoods (wink-wink).

5 people have been arrested so far for suspicion of arsen. Tons of arrests already made for looters, scum of the world.

My uncle and his family got evacuated to the Brea Community Center.

Hey whats up Timber, I have been following your log and some of the other guys for awhile now, nice work. Just thought I would say I made a batch of them protein bars you posted, f**king bomb dude! I just made that a staple, cheaper than bars too. Good luck with your cycle.

my uncle got evacuated too. hes just off diamond bar blvd.
last night i was coming home from a family friend party in northern la verne and i could see the fires in the distance, barrelling down the hills. **** was crazy.

last i saw this afternoon, almost 11000 acres burned and only 5% contained.

shoot, I was in Pasadena this last weekend for my best friends wedding...it was pretty hard to breath there!

It took a friend of mine 9 hours to make a 25 min drive home due to the fires. Traffic got backed up so bad that people started abandoning their cars.
 
hell yeah, I've been wanting to schedule a vacation to drive up PCH...take like a week or so to really see as much as possible! we did it once when I was a kid. When I find a gf that's a trip I'd like to do!

I love the 101 between Ventura and San Lous Obispo, that is a absolutely gorgeous drive. I miss being in Santa Barbara, I had a lot of fun times up there.

Speaking of that drive, I am going to SLO on Thanksgiving, so I get to drive it twice next week. SWEET!

SLO is probably the most chill back spot on earth.
 
my gf and i drove up to san fran during the summer. we took the 101 up to SLO, and then the 1 all the way to san fran. one of the most beautiful routes, hands down.

I have to disagree with you there. SLO is like a small town with a college. SB is a city... different reasons to be at both places. I prefer SB, but that is probably because it is close to my heart from living there for 4 years during college.

SLO or san fran? SLO was nice driving thru. didnt really stop or anything. tho i would love to spend a couple days in SLO next time. from the people i know going to cal poly SLO, it sounds like an awesome place to visit.

san fran on the other is amazing. its so damn nice up there in the summer. plus, unlimited amounts of freaking god sent restaurants!

More importantly... It's day 4... How am I feeling? No side effects thus far aside from a slightly oily forehead. My muscles feel incredibly sore the day after I workout, but not just sore - full. It's crazy, but I can feel my muscles expanding.

My gym strength has been great... Not incredible, but better than I honestly expected on Day 4. I'm confident I can sh*tkick most of my PRs so long as I work them first in a workout. There were some exercises today where my ancellary muscles were failing before the muscles I was working failed because they were so full of blood (biceps on standing row immediately comes to mind)...

I do feel a bit fuller in the stomach, and a bit smoother. I was expecting this obviously due to the huge increase in food and carbohydrates - particularly my post workout meals which consist of 50g whey / banana / soymilk - with a natty pb sandwhich on whole wheat with sugar free grape jelly. Also, I've also been taking 40g of WMS PWO. I do like WMS - its a great supplement, but I will never use it off cycle...

Regardless - I feel awesome. I think I remind myself every 15 or 20 minutes that I'm on a cycle. Can't wait to get out to San Diego and set this sh*t on fire. :smite:
 
nice workout man. have you ever tried dumbbell or kettlebell swings? ive been doing them lately part of crossfit routines, and i love the explosive training aspect of them. i usually super set em with side raises or reverse flyes.

Yeah, I work DB snatch and press in every other shoulder day (very similar). One of my favorite exercises - just makes me nervous because it has given me shoulder pain in the past.

Supercissus has kicked the sh*t out of my shoulder pain by the way. F*cking incredible.
 
What kind of dosing are you doing with the cissus T? And is it USP brand?

Good idea. I just recommended that to G-Money over in his thread. You will be throwing around some heavy sh!t in the next few weeks. It's on!! :djparty:

look into osteo sport by AN. im currently using my third bottle. sh*t is awesome.

and i used supercissus. loved it. my only problem was it only lasted me 2 weeks. and osteo sport is a little more complete IMO.

you started at 182.5 so your up 8lbs already!!!! DUDE your gonna hit a dub on this cycle fo sho!!! prob keep about 13-15 of it at least if your PCT is tight knit too.

cant wait to see how this continues to progress!

Im sure you know this but with such rapid weight gain.... if it slows DONT up the dose, first up the CALS, then up the dose :D
