I have to disagree with you there. SLO is like a small town with a college. SB is a city... different reasons to be at both places. I prefer SB, but that is probably because it is close to my heart from living there for 4 years during college.

SLO or san fran? SLO was nice driving thru. didnt really stop or anything. tho i would love to spend a couple days in SLO next time. from the people i know going to cal poly SLO, it sounds like an awesome place to visit.

san fran on the other is amazing. its so damn nice up there in the summer. plus, unlimited amounts of freaking god sent restaurants!

More importantly... It's day 4... How am I feeling? No side effects thus far aside from a slightly oily forehead. My muscles feel incredibly sore the day after I workout, but not just sore - full. It's crazy, but I can feel my muscles expanding.

My gym strength has been great... Not incredible, but better than I honestly expected on Day 4. I'm confident I can sh*tkick most of my PRs so long as I work them first in a workout. There were some exercises today where my ancellary muscles were failing before the muscles I was working failed because they were so full of blood (biceps on standing row immediately comes to mind)...

I do feel a bit fuller in the stomach, and a bit smoother. I was expecting this obviously due to the huge increase in food and carbohydrates - particularly my post workout meals which consist of 50g whey / banana / soymilk - with a natty pb sandwhich on whole wheat with sugar free grape jelly. Also, I've also been taking 40g of WMS PWO. I do like WMS - its a great supplement, but I will never use it off cycle...

Regardless - I feel awesome. I think I remind myself every 15 or 20 minutes that I'm on a cycle. Can't wait to get out to San Diego and set this sh*t on fire. :smite:

correct me if im wrong, but isnt it already on fire?! lol

And that's hard to imagine. I have eaten kraut with about everything else. Even rabbit!! YUMM!! But yeah, I made that roast and ate on it for 2 days. That's probably gonna be a mid-week special for me from now on!! Thanks for that recipe brosinski.
 
Hey Timber, what is that DTHC your using in your PCT, and whats it for? Also are you using the DHEA as a cort blocker?

DTHC (Diesel Test Hardcore) is a test and libido booster...

I've seen DHEA used as a cort blocker in PCT, but I'm running it intra-cycle to combat lethargy.

No. I didn't use the sweet potatoes this time around. I forgot to pick some up. I never eat white potatoes, so it had none. Next time it gets sweet potatoes for sure. But I put in onions, carrots, celery, and the kraut. With various seasonings of course. I'd have to find me some turkey brats to try that out. No fatty pork brats for me. Not in over a year and a half now. It's one of the things that I have cut out of my diet that I really do miss. Badly. :sad: A German that can't eat brats........fuck!! :frustrate

Day 5 - Core

Funny how I kind of think of my Core day as a relaxing wind down day to allow my back, chest, legs, etc to heal... but man - I tear the **** out of my abs and obliques on this routine, and I'm loving it.

20 Minutes of Mid Intensity Cardio

The gym felt awesome today. Felt extremely strong. Wore my hoodie and beanie to keep warm and get a solid sweat. Walked home in wet hoodie and beanie and shorts... It's 30 degrees here. Its kind of like jumping into an ice bath for 20 minutes. I think it really gets the blood back to the core of my body where it belongs - get the lactic acid out...

Anyway, two small nuances I'll share with you guys that I attribute to my run and subsequent supplementation.

1. Very infrequent shooting pain on the left side of my body. Starts around my bottom ribs and up to my armpit. VERY infreqent, and NOT very painful. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain... this doesn't register on the scale. May be a small strain, but like I said - nothing to be alarmed about.

2. Urination stinging. Very slightly in the morning. I seem to remember this happening with Nolva on my H-Drol run. The solution is simply to drink more water around that time. Any tenderness has completely subsided. I've been drinking a ton of water, but of course you'll dry out in the morning and after a workout. Stay hydrated motherf*ckers...

No other sides. Libido is freakin nuts. Was actually planning on having some small amount of shutdown by this point, or perhaps some trouble shooting, but it was pretty much the opposite last night. :lol:

I was eating this sh*t granola with 12g of sugar per serving a couple days ago. Only good thing is I eat it in milk with a scoop of extreme chocolate whey. Still don't like eating that much sugar though. Next time gotta peep the label when I buy 7 pounds of something at costco. :rofl:

I'm eating a ton of good food though, will probably have a casein shake and kick it.

I'd make 2! 1 for right now and another for right when you wake up tomorrow! Throw some olive oil and/or natty peanut butter in the 2nd shake for some healthy fats!

My Mom is Taiwanese and my Dad is American, so although we celebrate all the traditional holidays, my mom isn't so to the T with them. She held a thanksgiving with just friends this past weekend and next week will be the official one with family. This means I've been stopping by and killing more ham and mashed potato (with some gravy, I know...) then I ought to be. Ham last weekend, Turkey the next. I need to slow down though, I'm not taking anything to help transfer these kcals into muscle.

Side note: Im fukcing pissed that I had to return Gears of War 2 today!!!! Dude if you go to replace your ps3 just buy an xbox-360 so you can play that game!!!!
