LOL I need to start another log of something to keep things fun.
LMAO! Playtime is over. However not sure what to run. But eh..who knows. I'll grab a log somewhere later tonight. I did 45 plate drags across the gym last night and they made me soreooo ooo!!
"Gloves off, playtime's over. Crader's running ____ with reckless abandon"?
pre-subbed!
Dam that was good!!I will preface this with a quote from the philosopher Socrates: "No man has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training....what a shame it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." Socrates 470-399 B.C. Now for some inspiration and motivation!! Invalid Link Removed

lol..!:wave:Makes me want to play the game!
I mean, come on, who is doing this, going through all of this pain, and making all of these sacrifices, that doesn't want to look as good as they possibly can??!!
Yeah, I can see being happy with a certain level of bodyfat% and stuff, but you'll always want bigger medial deltoids, or larger outer triceps, more outer quad sweep, etc.....I don't know if we true iron-addicts are ever totally satisfied with our current "high".I honestly think I look my best around 9% BF... I'll be completely happy maintaining around that level.
Thanks bro. I'm cutting it all up now. I'm actually about 5 lbs. heavier now than in those photos which are 6 weeks old now. But I'm harder and much more vascular now. My wife thinks I'm starting to look a little freaky! LOL I used to say that I didn't want to be really shredded, but I honestly do. I mean, come on, who is doing this, going through all of this pain, and making all of these sacrifices, that doesn't want to look as good as they possibly can??!! I will progress now no matter what it takes. I am not content to rest on my laurels and say, "Well, I got fairly lean that one time". Bullsh!t. I'm going to be big and lean from here on out. Into infinity and beyond!!Oh wait, that's not my line. LMAO
Kevin levrone looks sick in that vid. Straight shredded!!!!I will preface this with a quote from the philosopher Socrates: "No man has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training....what a shame it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." And he was incredibly strong! Benching 500 for 4 or 5 easy looking reps. I wonder what ever happened to him? He came in second to Ronnie a few times. As much as I like King Ronnie, Levrone looked better on several occasions.Kevin levrone looks sick in that vid. Straight shredded!!!!
I agree, he just quit didn't he. he got sick of the lifestyle if i remember correctlyAnd he was incredibly strong! Benching 500 for 4 or 5 easy looking reps. I wonder what ever happened to him? Self-satisfaction, a sense of hobby and accomplishment aside, most of us are here because we are vain; I say, ****ing embrace it!
mirrors are in gyms so we can oggle the bunnies without getting caught.

That's sad. I'm glad I trained totally natural up to the age of 41. Maybe I'll keep my muscle. Hel, I know I will. I'm gonna train like a Berzerker until the Valkyries bear me up to Valhalla!! :box:Maybe they shared needles and... errr, nevermind.
WTF happened to those two? I suppose it was all juice.

:wtf: Was all of their (Levrone and Wheeler) muscle fake or some weird alien kind of sh!t??!! Are they on crack now??!! How, or better why, do you lose all of that hard earned muscle? I can see not being a total monster like before, but to go all the way back to normalcy again is strange and foreign to me. I'll be 45 in a few months and I don't plan to return to my old 165 lbs. status ever again!! Look at Arnold and big Lou these days. They're still huge even into their "golden" years. I think you owe it to your fans to remain a legend for as long as you can. Bodybuilding is supposed to be a lifestyle, not a part-time hobby. I got into this for life.
what career? haha its not like that helped any. should have stuck to being big and bodyguarding for some hot rich b1tch. Or bouncing and looking tough at some high end club. Just because he has a name in BBing dont mean sh1t when it comes to acting. Good luck on that big role levrone!!!!:rofl:Levrone shaved down so he can be a more versatile "actor." Giant mass monsters are limited to specific roles, whereas, "normal" sized guys are more versatile aesthetically to be casted in more roles.
He has the Hollywood bug and feels that looking like a bodybuilder will be detrimental to his acting career..
I saw a film clip of levrone in a movie a year or two back, he was jacked but no where near his BBing days. Now he has lost another 20-30lbs of muscle on top of that. Hope its worth it. He was known to be one of those guys that could take months off from the gym then do a 16 week cycle and be freakin huge again....Levrone shaved down so he can be a more versatile "actor." It's not that they look "natural", as that is perfectly fine. I've seen very big and well built natural lifters. But they look totally "untrained", and that is "pathetic".they look like a couple of natural guys.......pathetic!
Here's a short clip to get the juices flowing this morning. I love these hardcore type videos!! Time to get psyched up!! :aargh: Invalid Link Removed

I think "The Rock" is a good actor...I bet Arnold would disagree with that decision. lol
That's the problem...who do we have to replace Arnold in the movies these days? I'm tired of these weak looking little beotches playing the tough guy roles.

He has slimmed down a bit, but he looks better that his puffy counter-year.

I agree, most seals carry a little extra fat on their mid-section for endurance purposes. They couldn't perform to par being 3-6%bf imoI think they are choosing the more 'athletic' build, rather than 'jacked' these days. Most likely for a greater sense of plausibility. Which, is somewhat valid: Most Navy Seals look more like Matt Damon than Arnold!
