LMAO! Playtime is over. However not sure what to run. But eh..who knows. I'll grab a log somewhere later tonight. I did 45 plate drags across the gym last night and they made me sore :)

I will preface this with a quote from the philosopher Socrates: "No man has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training....what a shame it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." Socrates 470-399 B.C. Now for some inspiration and motivation!! Invalid Link Removed
Dam that was good!!

I'm not a video game player but I have to say that animation looks pretty awsome. They should do movies like that.

I mean, come on, who is doing this, going through all of this pain, and making all of these sacrifices, that doesn't want to look as good as they possibly can??!!

I honestly think I look my best around 9% BF... I'll be completely happy maintaining around that level.

Yeah, I can see being happy with a certain level of bodyfat% and stuff, but you'll always want bigger medial deltoids, or larger outer triceps, more outer quad sweep, etc.....I don't know if we true iron-addicts are ever totally satisfied with our current "high".

Thanks bro. I'm cutting it all up now. I'm actually about 5 lbs. heavier now than in those photos which are 6 weeks old now. But I'm harder and much more vascular now. My wife thinks I'm starting to look a little freaky! LOL I used to say that I didn't want to be really shredded, but I honestly do. I mean, come on, who is doing this, going through all of this pain, and making all of these sacrifices, that doesn't want to look as good as they possibly can??!! I will progress now no matter what it takes. I am not content to rest on my laurels and say, "Well, I got fairly lean that one time". Bullsh!t. I'm going to be big and lean from here on out. Into infinity and beyond!!Oh wait, that's not my line. LMAO

I think most amateur PL'ers secretly echo that statement! You see so many amateur PL'ers claiming they do not want to ripped; that they have no interest whatsoever in conditioning and dieting; but, as you said here, they most likely do! (obviously, Mendleson does not care if he has abs when he is benching 1000+).

Self-satisfaction, a sense of hobby and accomplishment aside, most of us are here because we are vain; I say, ****ing embrace it!

And he was incredibly strong! Benching 500 for 4 or 5 easy looking reps. I wonder what ever happened to him? He came in second to Ronnie a few times. As much as I like King Ronnie, Levrone looked better on several occasions.

There is a reason there are mirrors covering every last square inch of most gym walls.

There is NO other sport that I can continually watch my progress and is just me against the odds. Almost all other sports require either weather conditions or other players. There is a greater sense of accomplishment when you put up a new max. It was just you and some hard f*ckin work that got you there. Nobody else can make you grow, nobody else can make you eat or diet for that matter. It's just you, some food, and the weights. I f*ckin love it.

Videos like that really light a fire under my a$$. How much purer can you get? A$$ to grass with friggin buckets of water for more weight.

I am loving this album right now... this song gets me going for some odd reason.

Check out about 1:33 into the video...

If it is what I think you are aluding to...it is the handle of the roto rooter tool he uses to unplug the toilet. Get your mind out of the gutter (:-O

That's Flex Wheeler next to him also.

:wtf: Was all of their (Levrone and Wheeler) muscle fake or some weird alien kind of sh!t??!! Are they on crack now??!! How, or better why, do you lose all of that hard earned muscle? I can see not being a total monster like before, but to go all the way back to normalcy again is strange and foreign to me. I'll be 45 in a few months and I don't plan to return to my old 165 lbs. status ever again!! Look at Arnold and big Lou these days. They're still huge even into their "golden" years. I think you owe it to your fans to remain a legend for as long as you can. Bodybuilding is supposed to be a lifestyle, not a part-time hobby. I got into this for life.

Maybe they shared needles and... errr, nevermind.

WTF happened to those two? I suppose it was all juice.
That's sad. I'm glad I trained totally natural up to the age of 41. Maybe I'll keep my muscle. Hel, I know I will. I'm gonna train like a Berzerker until the Valkyries bear me up to Valhalla!! :box:

I guess when you suppress yourself for as long as these guys did you fukk everything up. Cycle...what's a fukking cycle. I've seen guys come off after years of use and end up smaller then when they started. Some of which are on antidepressants and sh!t because they are so screwed up. Of course they may have simply given up training altogether in which case you are guaranteed not to maintain any of that extra mass. The reality is many people give up our sport...very few continue to train for 25+ years like a few of us. Injury can also side line people pretty quickly and in a lot of cases they never return. Let's face it, it's fukking hard to bulk up and cut down year after year and all the while pushing yourself to continually break personal records in our quest to build better physiques. Nobody said this sh!t was easy and that's why I love it! Cheers to all my fellow crazy bastards!

:clap2: Beautifully said sir!

Levrone shaved down so he can be a more versatile "actor." Giant mass monsters are limited to specific roles, whereas, "normal" sized guys are more versatile aesthetically to be casted in more roles.

He has the Hollywood bug and feels that looking like a bodybuilder will be detrimental to his acting career..

what career? haha its not like that helped any. should have stuck to being big and bodyguarding for some hot rich b1tch. Or bouncing and looking tough at some high end club. Just because he has a name in BBing dont mean sh1t when it comes to acting. Good luck on that big role levrone!!!!

I saw a film clip of levrone in a movie a year or two back, he was jacked but no where near his BBing days. Now he has lost another 20-30lbs of muscle on top of that. Hope its worth it. He was known to be one of those guys that could take months off from the gym then do a 16 week cycle and be freakin huge again....

they look like a couple of natural guys.......pathetic!
It's not that they look "natural", as that is perfectly fine. I've seen very big and well built natural lifters. But they look totally "untrained", and that is "pathetic".

Flex is still in very good shape. Ive seen pictures of him. Considering his liver or Kidney (cant remember which one) almost killed him i think he is doing fine.

Motivation Time!!!

Here's a short clip to get the juices flowing this morning. I love these hardcore type videos!! Time to get psyched up!! :aargh: Invalid Link Removed

I bet Arnold would disagree with that decision. lol
That's the problem...who do we have to replace Arnold in the movies these days? I'm tired of these weak looking little beotches playing the tough guy roles.

I think "The Rock" is a good actor...
He has slimmed down a bit, but he looks better that his puffy counter-year.

PCT DAY 9 With PRIME!!

WAR REPORT: Something is beginning to happen here. Not only are the weights still increasing, but reps are are way up. I can grind out more reps, which are only going to further my progress. Lovin' it!! I will give a thorough update on PRIME later on today or tomorrow. I am going to compare it to other natty products that I have used in the past. Don't miss this update! But for now...let's dive headlong in the gaping abyss!! :head: NUMBERS--## LEGS---LEG EXTENSIONS: 180 X 12. Up 10 lbs. but lost 2 reps. This is what I was looking to do anyway. Reps have remained relatively high during this blast. Time to go heavier and lower them for a few last weeks. Back off at 100 X 20 reps. I'm lovin' these "widowmaker" type back off sets. They are changing my physique on a weekly basis it seems. They have really upped the intensity of these finishing sets. These are not just going through the motion sets. They are tailored for growth and size increases. MACHINE SQUATS--WIDOWMAKERS--350 X 20. Hel Yeah!! :smite: It was a battle though. Very hard set. And it took a great deal out of me. Back off at 225 X 15. All back off sets are done with textbook form. Slow controlled reps, with slower negatives, partials, and an occasional static hold on the very last rep. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 350 x 10. PR!! Up 5 lbs. from last week. Getting really heavy now. Makes me like it all the better. :fool2: Back off at 225 X 15. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 120 x 11. Fukkin' A!! Up 10 lbs. from last week and only lost 1 rep in the deal. Back off at 60 X 20. These high rep back off sets are blowing my muscles groups straight up. The pumps are very intense. Thank Odin for Beta-Alanine to buffer that lactic acid build-up. Keeps me going through the pain. Takes me into the sadistic realm. DB LUNGES: 30'S x 12. SISSY SQUATS: 45 LB. PLATE x 12. Both of these exercises are performed back to back with no rest between them. And after the heavy sh!t I just did, this amount of weight was all that was needed. SHOULDERS--MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 250 X 9-5-3=17 total reps. Up 5 lbs. from last week and matched the reps! Oh Yeah. Time to add MORE weights!! Back off at 150 X 20. Mind-blowing shizz here. Incredible pump. Shoulders didn't even look like mine afterwards. LOL ONE-ARM CABLE FRONT RAISES: 80 x 10. Heavy, heavy stuff here. Back off at 50 X 15. It's time to make my shoulders grow. I consider them and legs to be my weak points. It's time to attack them with the fury of a thousand Berzerkers!!! ONE-ARM CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 80 x 10. Back off at 50 x 15. ONE-ARM BENTOVER REAR LATERALS: 100 X 10. PR. I just had to try it and see what it felt like. It felt like a fukkin' ton. :frustrate LMAO. Back off at 60 X 12. And that was a rap! I am extremely satisfied with this workout. It went totally according to my well-laid plans. I mentally prepared for an hour in advance and visualized myself doing every set with complete success. It was almost to the level of self-hypnosis. Intense laser-like focus and concentration. Is there more left in the tank??!! You bet your sweet arse there is!!! Next week....even more weights for more reps. Believe it and achieve it!! :box:

Awesome progress man, keep up the good work!

I'm currently on day 4 of my 3 week superdrol cycle(original SD) and Im curious as to how ur experiance was with it. I'm starting light at 10mg for the first week and then 20mg for the last 2. I'm stacking with organ shield and an extra 525mg milk thistle becuz the organ shield only has 450mg of milk thistle (silymarin) in it. Also, I'm curious as to whether I should get something else to keep my lipids in check since SD makes ur LDL skyrocket and HDL diminish from what I've read.

I think they are choosing the more 'athletic' build, rather than 'jacked' these days. Most likely for a greater sense of plausibility. Which, is somewhat valid: Most Navy Seals look more like Matt Damon than Arnold!

I agree, most seals carry a little extra fat on their mid-section for endurance purposes. They couldn't perform to par being 3-6%bf imo
