Hey man. Are you asking if I'm competing anytime soon in the area? If so, I'm thinking of trying for a meet maybe in the first few months next year. 100% RAW hosts some meets about 30-40 minutes from where I live, so I'd probably go there to compete. The only thing that would suck is I think they do raw classic, so no knee wraps, but then again I hardly ever use them. It wont stop me from competing, that's for sure.

Great job for getting up on stage and working as hard as you do, that's what matters, bro. After an injury and a series of bad decisions, I am sporting a natural test level of 840. Not bad for almost 35. I think per your advice in the Tren/dbol thread, keep my cycles 10 weeks max and I decided a while ago, no Tren. Not worth the sides and shutdown. Ok thanks! I do cardio 30-40 minutes 5 days a week and lift five days a week as well. Would you recommend that I do 1 pump morning and night? I will try a d stay away from sugar and the alcohol! It's hard to do in the summertime! Note I have 53 days till our trip!Thanks

Mostly lighter weight as of late because my shoulder has been acting up! I will try and avoid sugar and alcohol! It's hard to do during the summertime!

Formeron will increase your testosterone levels and lower estrogen levels.
It is very good at helping you burn off bodyfat but its not a magic pill. You must do some cardio and weight training and eat a diet conducive to your desired result.
For example if you plan on losing bodyfat drop out ALL sugar. Lower overall calories and carbs.
