diet is mostly clean - low fat and hi in protein - however i do drink everynight - beer or wine - or both but - still pretty consistent at the gym - lots of hiit and cardio and recovering from tendinitis so the weight is not as heavy as it used to be .... but still during the day i eat super clean and often - just wondering if its just my body type or what - even worth it too keep putting my self under such stress and hype all day for it? i mean i havent lost anything at all - and i am at the same place i was when i wasnt using it...
