Day 59

Weight 178.8 +4.3

Pinned 3ml of the cocktail in right quad. Only 1-2 more injects left on npp. Will be nice to only have to pin 2ml from then on.

Completely destroyed my shoulders. One day that I can say I left nothing on the table. I hit shoulders for about 45 mins then cardio for 20 mins. Had so much energy left still I went back down and worked some good pump workouts for shoulders/tris. Left the gym completely drained but feeling incredible.
 
Day 60

Weight 178 +3.5

Woke up and went straight to the gym for back/abs/cardio. Had a great day but last nights all out gym fest caught up kind of quick. By about 20 mins in I started feeling that I need to eat feeling. Still pushed through and killed it but man was I getting rough by the end of the workout. I can't say for certain but the addition of erase/shift a few weeks ago seems to be having a huge impact on my leaning and metabolism. I have upped my calories slightly and still seem to be shredding by the day.

I will most likely be starting sdrol here by the end of the week. If I'm not mistaken I should be injecting for the last time here in about 20 days. I will wait about another 18-20 from there to start pct leaving me at about a 100 day cycle. This is if I don't get frisky and rush order more test. :)

Test e takes more around 3 weeks to clear your system. People have the misconception that it is 2 weeks and start pct earlier than they should.
 
Looking good Jeff, biceps or rocking and those delts are separating nicely too! One day try doing your biceps cursl with your elbows behind your back, like where you pull them to during a row. The intensity at the peak will have you screaming, and it will be great for if you don't have heavy DB to work with. Basically you know how gravity kind of stops working at the top when you bring your elbows forward, well with them back even at the top part of the movement gravity is 100% in full effect. Make the contractions way harder. I will warn you ahead of time it will lower you weight a bit but you will love how it feels.

I think that you are hurting yourself here. The steroid profile states the active life to be 10.5 days. This is the profile from clinic as well

Just to clear something up. You are stating the "active" life is 10 days? I am finding that everything says the half life is 10 days which would make sense to start pct later than 14 days after last inject. Half and active are very different terms. I openly welcome this type of discussion. RR will be stopping in shortly to add to the discussion.

The half life would be 5.25 days according to test e profile which is irrevalent in terms of pct the active life is 10.5 so two weeks is more than enough time off

Half life is as such, 600mg shot > with half life of lets just say 8 to go in the middle of the 6-10 that is often argued. So 600mg > 300mg > 150mg @ 24 days out, add to that the fact that the shot before that is trailing off at the same speed and the one before that and before that. you figure 2-3 weeks worth of shot at 600-1000 a week trailing off it is going to take 3 weeks at least for your test levels to be at a normal baseline that would not produce negative feedback to the HPTA signalling to stop testosterone production. That is the theory and it does have the science of compounding half lives stacked upon each other to somewhat validate it.

This is a huge part of why people often continue hitting PR's into the 2nd week after their last shot, and some of them into the 3rd. Testosterone levels have not dropped all the way yet. It also explains why the cortisol increase often does not take place until the 2nd and 3rd week of PCT, since test levels have not as of yet fallen below normal ranges causing a "stressful situation" that triggers the cortisol increase. Cortisol during PCT is the primary reason for muscle loss, not lower testosterone. Granted you will lose muscle from lower testosterone if you do not recover, but it is the cortisol that crushes your gains the most during PCT.

As for when a good time to start PCT after running long esters...it depends on several factors. The dosage you run, and what your peak concentration is will all affect how long the test takes to clear your system. While the half life remains constant regardless of dosage, the amount of active test in your system causing suppression will vary drastically depending on dosage. Obviously someone running TRT dose of say 100-200mg per week will have test clear their system than someone running 500mg+. The half lives are the same, but your blood levels at peak are very different. As an example, after 10 days from last pin from running 500mg per week, your active test is still much much higher than a TRT dose of testosterone. Most PCT calculators will show around 17-21 days after last pin of 500mg per week test E to start PCT. The problem with starting pct too early is that the test in your system is still so high that it is causing a lot of suppression and that first week is a losing battle and a waste. Some guys wonder why they feel so great in PCT for 3-4 weeks and think they are killing it and keeping gains, but the reality is THEY ARE STILL ON!!! It will take 4-5 weeks after last pin for all of the test to leave your system when running high levels, this leaves little time for recovery if you do a 4 week PCT and can cause you to not recover properly. when your levels fall below normal range, stimulating LH and the HPTA is possible. Just before that is when PCT is best started. If you want to start pct after 2 weeks its fine, but I would at least run a 6 week PCT in that case. Ideally I would start PCT 17 days after last pin when running superphysiological doses and run a 6 week PCT. We are only talking a few days difference whether we go 14, 17, or 21 days. It wont make a lot of difference no matter what you choose. The important part is not ending PCT too early because you started too early. That's why I would recommend a 6 week PCT after these long ester cycles.

Anybody that doesnt buy into this, go get a blood test 2 weeks after your last pin, and don't be surprised when you come back with sky high test levels. I've done it and proved it. If not, you have bunk or underdosed gear....but that's a whole other topic lol

Hit chest today with 30 mins of cardio on the treadmill. Felt strong and hit 3 plates and a ten on each side for hammer press at 8 reps. It may be a PR for me not quite sure. Will be sticking to a higher amount of time on cardio to try and scale back to 8 percent bf. I'm at just under 10 right now.

A few pretty big carb ups and added cardio has me full but surprisingly lean but as I lose bf my chest seems to fall off. Here are a few pics with no pump as I did legs and cardio today. Experimenting with natural lighting.

I don't think that it is that your chest is falling off, but that your arms are really fugging big for your size. They have always been a strength but DAMN they are coming out more and more...

Pinned 2 ml of test e/mast combo in right glute

Hit a leg/AB/cardio workout. Felt good all workout but no real increases on any lifts. Keeping cardio a major focus every day. Really pushing to get to the lower bf goal.
 
Day 64

Weight 181 +6.5

Very good back/bicep/cardio day. Energy and stamina was up today. Absolutely no PIP from yesterday's pin so I'm thinking the npp was causing the majority of my PIP. Diet staying good and with me going back to work now I should be able to clean it up even more.
 
You are making great progress, glad to hear that the PIP is gone.
 
Day 65

Weight 181.5 +7

Pinned 2.25 ml of test e/mast p. I'm at about 700 test e and 500 mast p a week right now.

Hit shoulders/abs/cardio today. Great workout and I was feeling pretty strong on my lifts. The added weight on the scale the last few days seems to be good weight. I'm staying lean but definitely appearing thicker. Diet remains good. Eating chicken, tuna, turkey, veggies, fruit and milk with whey and peanut butter.

Down about 2 percent bf while being up 7 lbs. makes for a nice visual change for sure.

Just popped my first sdrol cap so this should get interesting. :)
 
Explosive gainz time!

Major shred with some decent size added will be the goal. Now that the wet npp is out and adding more mast and sdrol. I should be able to get to my goal of 8 percent. Would love to stay over 180 while doing so! :)

Hit arms/light cardio today. Today was all supersets between bis and tris. Incredible pump today and sweat was pouring.

I was hit with hunger beyond belief the last few days. Felt a little bloated all day yesterday and last night from it but all I could think about was eating. Surprisingly I still woke up lean today while still being up 7lbs.
