Day 74

Have to work 12s today and possibly tomorrow so no gym. I am debating rush ordering a test e/mast p and upping doses as well as extending the cycle a few weeks. If not I have about 3 pins. So tempting!

Decided to hold off. I'm very excited about my next cycle so the sooner this one ends the sooner that one begins. :) I've had a great run here but really feel 3 months will be a good stopping point.

Test/mast is great.
Test/npp I will use for a bulk in the future.
I will not use npp with mast again as it seems the npp is a bit wet for what I'm looking for with mast. As the npp wears off I'm noticing deeper cuts and more vascularity from test/mast which is what I was going for. Next summer will be test/tren/mast.

Next cycle will be a bulk with test/tren :)

Killed it everyday. Really noticing a lot more soreness and ache lately after my workouts and the day after. I have to assume that with npp out of the equation it probably was helping aid with recovery. I welcome the soreness though because it allows me to feel I got the most out of each workout. Cardio has consisted of around 25-30 mins on the treadmill.

Energy, strength and endurance are all up quite noticeably. I have noticed a bit of puffy nips and sensitivity. Nothing near as bad as last cycle though and nothing I think I should worry about. Just feels uncomfortable.

Man I feel you on the nips man. I've been having issues with mine this entire cycle. No lumps just tenderness and its f*cking annoying!!!!

I think I destined to struggle with nip issues on test. It worries me at times but I try not to think about it. Really bothers me at work because I sweat a lot and my shirt will rub on my nips and cause me to be uncomfortable. In turn I get paranoid that they are getting worse. Lol

Actually no pain. No rash feeling just feel puffy at times and uncomfortable. Mainly mental I think. I get stuck thinking about it and it gets worse. Haha

Chest/cardio/abs. Killed it. Hit 3 plates and a quarter on each side for 4 reps on hammer chest press. I do believe that is a personal best if not it's close or about the same. Really concentrated on fly work and toning. Had an incredible pump and was really happy with my workout performance.

Pinned 2.75ml test e/mast p. Last pin and it was a sad one. I am really sad to have this run nearing the end!

Legs/cardio. Started my workout today with 12 minutes incline speed walk on the treadmill. Reason being I wasn't really feeling like lifting today I had planned on just doing cardio and abs. Near 5 minutes in to my walk the enhanced and sdrol hit me pretty hard and I was ready to kill it! Went down to the weight room and killed legs. Strength wasn't really noticeably up but I really can't judge because I'm still doing high rep work which makes it impossible to gauge my typical 5 rep max lift. Was feeling real good so I tried to sneak in some bicep work but after completing 5 sets of ez bar curl I experienced some pretty serious muscle tightness and cramping in the head of both biceps. Really had me worried because it felt like it was going to be serious. It ended up lightening up after my workout though and I really don't feel much more than a little soreness now. One thing to note today was the insane number of veins I had visible in my calfs and shin area. Thick veins that I normally don't notice. It is hard to say though because my legs are incredibly hairy and its really hard to see the veins normally.

Day 78 (15 days left on cycle)

Hit 45 minutes on the treadmill for around 500 cals. Today should have been a full blown off day but I couldn't resist. Arms are extremely sore today after the bicep issue in yesterday's workout. I will be using 16 days as my pct start date from last pin. Im thinking with RR's recommendation and the high amounts of gear I'm using 16 days should be a safe call.

Bumped sdrol to 30mg daily and will continue that until day 1 pct.

Triceps/cardio. Almost didn't lift at all today. I reported earlier in the cycle that I experienced some shoulder pain. Well even though I've been quiet about it it's been plaguing me daily since. It isn't a strong sharp pain but more a dull lingering ache. I felt overly sore today and with the shoulder bothering me I decided to have a pretty light load in today's workout. 40 mins on the treadmill followed by 12 sets of triceps. Very nice pump when I left the gym and the cardio felt great.

Not the first time have I heard on the mention of shoulder pain for you, believe me it is the last thing you will ever want months for Touey in rehabs for shoulder rehabilitation.
To noone I listen at all on shoulder plans now.. IT IS an individual thing like the golfer's swing.
I throw everything I hear out the windows, and now for me the shoulders the best day in workout week. In fact I work shoulders twice on the weekly now.
