Definitely had more energy than expected yesterday!! I definitely wasn't feeling as puny & weak at I typically do this time of month. So, the Sustain Alpha has helped in that aspect as well.

I took nugget for a walk, in the stroller, last night after dinner for a little bit of cardio as well!!

Oh my....my legs felt like jello. I had to just sit for a minute before stretching. I really could tell, today, that my energy & stamina are maintaining well. Strength is nice & high still too. Thankful the test boost from the Sustain Alpha is helping me maintain vs feeling puny & very fatigued!!

I have approximately 2 doses left of the Sustain Alpha. Sad panda. I will definitely consider getting more in the future as it has treated me well in several aspects!

For now though, off to get in some cardio...via some bouncy house fun with nugget!!

When you're legs are already sore from your morning workout & you just want a hot shower, but nugget asks for a stroller ride to take the dog swimming....

Oh yes! This was after chasing him around the kids museum for hours, earlier in the day, too. I was kinda thankful plans changed though. Not sure I would have survived the indoor bouncy houses with jello legs!! Haha!!

Day 31...

Yesterday, I woke up at 3am with an awful migraine. So, I got up, took meds, & got a cold rag for my head. By the time it was time to get up & head to gym, my head was still pounding & I was nauseous. However, I couldn't sleep to help relieve it. So, I decided to get up & go and just do what I could. I didn't push myself, but still managed to get in a little bi/tri workout.

I really am going to miss this run. I've enjoyed the raised libido, the better mood, the strength increase, and faster recovery periods.

Sunday, will be my last progress pics day & it will include my final thoughts & review!!

Now, off to do some power walking & then the park with the little one!! I hope everyone has a great Friday!!

Thanks, Rocket. Damn headache is back today, but it's something I'm used to this time of month. It still didn't keep me from get in a 4 mile walk & 3.5hrs of playtime at the park with my kiddo!!

Don't worry, I'll still be around. Hoping for another sponsored log after this one, but if not I'm still going to be logging the same product. So, keep your eyes out for that. I'm also trying to talk yates84 into starting a workout log with me. That way when I'm not on supps I can still have a log going to post in!!

Agreed. No reason to run a log just for free products. YatesWifey04 does her homework and only goes after supplement logs that meet her current goals. Good advice for anyone looking around in the company promotion forum

I increased my arch just a bit & used the 'bending' technique. Wow, what a difference. It felt much easier, and the 45lb sets felt lighter. Definitely sticking with how I set my form up today!!

So thankful for plenty of energy & stamina. I then went home & scrubbed my house from top to bottom. My baseboards are even shining!! My right arm feels like it's in a constant pump from all the scrubbing today!!

I thought last night would be my last dose of the Sustain Alpha, but that bottle keeps surprising me. I'm definitely not completing though! :)

Hopefully hubby had waited up for me, so I can put the benefits of the Sustain Alpha to good use!! ;)

I got so mad at myself for failing on that 2nd set. I couldn't even get it off the ground. Granted I didn't have plates on the bar...I had 35's & dimes. So, range of motion was different. I still should have been able to lift it though. I've learned my lesson with not fueling properly. I pushed myself all day yesterday, and did not eat enough. It was very evident in my strength, today. :( I pushed my anger aside to finish my workout. I needed to focus with a clear head. I pouted afterwards for a bit though.

I kept my diet more in check & on point this last week, with the exception of under eating yesterday, and it made a HUGE difference!!

The bottle of Sustain Alpha keeps surprising me!! I still have more in the bottle. Pretty sure I'm actually down to 1-2 doses this time!! So, will be putting up final thoughts & review up within the next few days!!
