What's the last thing you ate??

2 grilled blsl chicken breast, 1/2 can early peas, 1 cup fresh pinnapple, 4 caps Now Foods Amino Complete.
 
About to grub on 3 chicken drumsticks, 2 red potatoes, and my post workout shake with 2 scoops optimum whey strawberry in 1% milk. MMM MMM MMMMM!
 
Cup and a half of quinoa, 3/4 lb cube steak, cup of broccoli and a big scoop of chocolate ice cream with peanut butter
 
Threw in a fat 8-9oz salmon fillet covered in olive oil butter, garlic, and salt and pepper. Cooked real nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Served with iced tea and oatmeal cooked in milk (I know the last part is a little strange, but I just didnt have it in me to cook up my lima beans).

Mmm. Strange or not, that sounds AMAZING! I've got a big ass salmon in the freezer I might have to take out tomorrow now.

9:30am turkey burger
11:45am turkey burger
2:30pm turkey burger
4:15pm large apple/ 2 scoops lipotropic

that sounds sooooo good.....oatmeal cooked in milk is bomb plus salmon in olive oil butter, wow y didint i think of that lol i never know how to season my salmon, usually jsut pepper
 
Steak with avocado. With a protein shake on the side mixed with two scoop of pb and almond milk. Yummmy
