It can be a little bit messier, but worth it of you are looking for lower carbs. Besides one was prolly gonna through lettuce in it any ways right?..lol And to be honest, it gives it a cool crisp edge to it. Especially since I made them fairly spicy. I did the taco seasoning from scratch rather than use the packaged stuff. Just healthier... far less sodium, and tastes better IMO because you can mix to your palate.

Last night, I made 1lb of salmon, 4 slices of thick cut bacon, 12 oz red potatoes, 1/2 red bell pepper, and 2 roma tomatoes for the wife and me after our Prowler session.
Last was about 7 scrambled eggs PWO.
Ha...my wife is 6+ months pregnant and still benching/squatting/deadlifting and generally training just as hard as before.

I just ate 9oz 95% lean ground beef and 200 grams brown rice and I'm still starving!! Eating every 4 hours instead of 2 is killing me!!! Next meal in 2 hours and it's 5 grams BCAAs... YUM!!! lol
I usually weigh my food but once in a while I just eat till im full :food: the constant weighing and calculating gets tedious sometimes

Yup I like it so far but it's only Been 3 days. I'm hungry all the time lol if I ate till I was full I would get my daily micros in at one meal!!

Doc says as long as she did it before, and she is not pushing for any new records, there is nothing to worry about. She is still running 30+ minutes on the elliptical 4 days a week, and weight training 3 days a week. Her weights have not increased since she got pregnant, but she has not slacked off either...just maintaining.
Yes, she has gained weight...and at the correct proportional amount.
Also, she is self driven and motivated...if anything I have to slow her down from time to time.

Lol I know the feeling! My girl loves sushi we go at least once a month, but we don't go out drinking like most people our age so we save there.

It's the raw mix from Health from the Sun. It tastes god awful, though.
